Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. During each year of continuous service with the Employer, a Regular Full-time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. The rate of at which such entitlement is earned shall be determined by the length of such service as follows: (a) during the first (1st) to second (2nd) year of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of fifteen (15) working days; (b) during the third (3rd) to ninth (9th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty (20) working days; (c) during the tenth (10th) to nineteenth (19th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty-five (25) working days; (d) during the twentieth (20th) and subsequent years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of thirty (30) working days.
