Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. During each year of continuous service with the Employer, a Regular Full-time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. The rate of at which such entitlement is earned shall be determined by the length of such service as follows:
(a) during the first (1st) to second (2nd) year of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of fifteen (15) working days;
(b) during the third (3rd) to ninth (9th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty (20) working days;
(c) during the tenth (10th) to nineteenth (19th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty-five (25) working days;
(d) during the twentieth (20th) and subsequent years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of thirty (30) working days.
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. During each year of continuous service with the Employer, a Regular Full-Time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. The rate of at which such entitlement is earned shall be determined by the length of such service as follows:

(b) during the second (2 nd) to and including the sixth (6 th) years of such employment an Employee earns a vacation of twenty
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. During each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a Full-time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation. The rate of earning entitlement shall be as follows:
(a) during each of the first (1st) and second (2nd) years of continuous employment, an Employee shall earn entitlement to vacation calculated on a basis of ten (10) vacation days off work with pay (75 paid hours);
(b) during each of the third (3rd) to five (5th) years of continuous employment, an Employee shall earn entitlement to vacation calculated on a basis of fifteen (15) vacation days off work with pay (112.5 paid hours);
(c) during each of the sixth (6th) to tenth (10th) years of continuous employment, an Employee shall earn entitlement to vacation calculated on a basis of twenty (20) vacation days off work with pay (150 paid hours);
(d) during the eleventh (11th) to twentieth (20th) years of continuous employment, an Employee shall earn entitlement to vacation calculated on a basis of twenty-five (25) vacation days off work with pay (187.5 paid hours);
(e) during the twenty first (21st) and each subsequent year of continuous employment, an Employee shall earn entitlement to vacation calculated on a basis of thirty (30) vacation days off work with pay (225 paid hours).
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. It is understood that full-time employees shall accrue vacation with pay for time actually worked each month and such employees will be paid for and be granted earned vacation credits in accordance with the following scale:
(a) Full-time employees who have not completed probation as of the December 31st cutoff date will be granted vacation time off only after they have completed probation on the basis of

(i) during the first two (2) years of service 6.67 hours for every 173.3 regular hours paid (maximum of eighty (80) hours per year);
(ii) after two (2) years of service and up to six (6) years of service—10 hours for every 173.3 regular hours paid (maximum of one hundred twenty (120) hours per year);
(iii) after six (6) years of service—13.33 hours for every 173.3 regular hours paid (maximum of one hundred sixty (160) hours per year).
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. During each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a regular employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. The rate of earning entitlement shall be as follows: during the first (1st) and second (2nd) years of such employment a full-time employee earns a vacation time of ten (10) working days (77.5 hours, or in the case of Power Engineers hours); during the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) years of such employment a employee earns a vacation time of fifteen (15) days (1 hours, or in the case of Power Engineers hours); during the fifth (5th) to fourteenth (14th) years of such employment a employee earns a vacation time of twenty
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. Full time Employees shall be entitled to vacation with pay at the following rates:
(a) Three (3) years or less Seniority– 6.67 hours for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 80 hours per year)
(b) More than three (3) years less than ten (10) years Seniority – 10 hours for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 120 hours per year)
(c) Ten (10) or more years Seniority - 13.33 hours for each full calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 160 hours per year)
(d) Effective April 1, 2018, after twenty (20) years seniority – 16.67 hours for each calendar month of paid employment (maximum of 200 hours).
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. It is understood that full-time employees shall accrue vacation with pay for time actually worked each month and such employees will be paid for and be granted earned vacation credits in accordance with the following scale:
(a) Full-time employees who have not completed probation as of the December 31st cutoff date will be granted vacation time off only after they have completed probation on the basis of 0.83 days’ vacation for each completed month of service to a maximum of ten (10) working days.
(b) Full-time Employees with one (1) year of seniority as of the December 31st cutoff date will be entitled to two (2) weeks’ vacation with pay (0.83 days for each completed month of service).
(c) Full-time Employees with three (3) years of seniority as of December 31st will be entitled to three (3) weeks’ vacation with pay (i.e. 1.25 days for each completed month of service).
(d) Full-time Employees with eight (8) years of seniority as of December 31st will be entitled to four (4) weeks’ vacation with pay (i.e. 1.67 days for each completed month of service).
(e) Full-time Employees with seventeen (17) years of seniority as of December 31st will be entitled to five (5) weeks’ vacation with pay (i.e. 2.08 days for each completed month of service)
Vacation Entitlement for Full-time Employees. The vacation year is defined as the calendar year. Full-time employees shall receive an annual vacation with pay in accordance with the following:
(1) Less than one (1) year of service - seven (7) hours for each month or major part thereof of service in the calendar year of hiring;
(2) Commencing at the beginning of the year in which the employee attains one
(1) year of continuous employment and continuing up to and including five (5) years, employees shall be entitled to one hundred and five (105) hours paid vacation;
(3) Commencing at the beginning of the year in which the employee attains six (6) years of continuous employment and continuing up to and including twelve
