Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave. On the Closing Date, Buyer shall cause the Company and the Company Subsidiaries to: (i) assume all liabilities of Parent or any Affiliate of Parent with respect to any accrued but unused vacation time, personal time and sick leave of the employees of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries; and (ii) allow such employees to receive paid time off on or after the Closing Date for any unused vacation time, personal time or sick leave accrued prior to the Closing Date. On and after the Closing Date, Company and Company Subsidiary employees shall accrue vacation time, personal time and sick leave under the Buyer's policies or practices as then in effect. The full amount of the vacation time and personal time shall be a current liability as of the Closing Date for purposes of Adjusted Working Capital.
Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave. Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to take three weeks of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled on annual basis to three (3) days of paid sick leave and three (3) days personal leave. Thereafter, any paid sick and/or personal leave days needed by Xxxxxxxx shall be allowed only to the extent they are mutually agreed to by the parties. Unused vacation time, sick leave and/or personal leave may not be carried over to subsequent years and will not be paid-out if not taken for any reason.

The SUPERINTENDENT shall receive twenty (20) work days of vacation annually, exclusive of weekends and legal holidays as defined in Section 24.2 of the Illinois School Code. Each contract year, the Superintendent may exchange a maximum of five (5) unused vacation days for payment at the Superintendent’s then current per diem in lieu of using said days, as well as up to five (5) unused vacation days may be carried over for use during the next contract year. Any such carried over and/or uncompensated vacation days remaining at the end of that year shall be forfeited. The SUPERINTENDENT must give written notice to the BOARD of his intention to exercise this option no later than June 1st of any year and prior to payment of such. The SUPERINTENDENT shall be entitled to sick leave and personal leave annually based upon the amount of such leave provided to District administrators. Unused sick leave may accumulate up to 340 days. The use of any sick or vacation time must be pre-approved by the Board President whenever possible. The Board President will be notified of the use of sick leave as soon as practicable by phone or electronically.

Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave. Zwexxxx xxall be entitled to take three weeks of pxxx xxxation during each year of employment. Zwerner will automatically be entitled to his firsx xxxxx weeks of vacation upon commencing employment with Supreme. Zwerner shall be entitled to three (3) days of paid xxxx leave and three (3) days of paid personal leave. Unused vacation time, sick leave and/or personal leave may not be carried over to subsequent years and will not be paid-out if not taken for any reason.

Employee shall be entitled to “Vacation” and “Personal Leave” during each calendar year as set forth in this Section 4.1 and as follows:. twenty (20) working days for “Vacation” and three (3) working days for “Personal” Leave during each twelve (12) month period during which Employee is employed under this Agreement. Vacation and Personal Leave shall be used for all vacation, personal leave, excess sick leave, and any other time during which Employee is not required to perform the duties set forth in Section 1. Employee shall take Employee’s Vacation and Personal Leave at such time or times in accordance with the policy of Employer so as not to disrupt the Employer’s operations. Employee shall also be entitled to up to such number of days of “Sick Leave” as may be set in accordance with Employer’s Sick Leave Policy. During Employee’s Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave, the Annual Salary, and all benefits paid and provided pursuant to this Agreement, shall be paid and provided in full. Unused Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave for any given year that has not been taken by Employee is subject to current Company policies.

Xxxxxxxxx shall be eligible to take four (4) weeks of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Xxxxx Xxxxx International Vacation Policy, revised February 1, 2005. Xxxxxxxxx shall be eligible on an annual basis to six (6) days personal leave. Unused personal leave may not be carried over to subsequent years and will not be paid-out if not taken for any reason.
