Value Engineering Team. 4.2.4.1. As a part of the VE plan and procedure developed for the project, Contractor shall identify and submit for Contract Administrator’s approval a person who shall serve as the VE Team Coordinator (VETC) and shall prepare (with the assistance of Consultant and Contract Administrator) and submit a list of VE team members and their respective resumes representing Contractor, Consultant, Contract Administrator and those design and construction disciplines as may be required to complete the VE study effort. Subsequent changes or substitutions to the approved VE team shall be submitted in writing to Contract Administrator for approval.
