Vendor Staff Training. Vendor shall be responsible to facilitate and present training to Vendor Staff that will be providing Services on all applicable Citizens’ policies, Citizens’ systems, and other applicable items identified by Citizens. Vendor must conduct its staff training using training materials provided by Citizens and will be responsible to train all individuals who will be working on, or in any way associated with this Agreement on an initial and annual basis. The required initial training must be completed prior to Vendor receiving and accepting any Assignments. Vendor Staff may be required to attend additional training (online and/or classroom) sessions, as is deemed necessary by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee. Citizens reserves the right to attend, request proof of attendance and/or completion documents from the Vendor. Vendor will provide Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee with proof of training no later than ten (10) calendar days after completion of training. Vendor shall be responsible for maintaining complete training records for Vendor Staff. To meet Citizens’ training requirements, Vendor shall complete the following for Vendor Staff who are providing Services: 3.7.5.1. Vendor, at its own expense, shall participate in Citizens’ initial half-day training for Vendor’s provided trainers, which will be a train-the trainer environment to be held at Citizens’ Jacksonville office location. 3.7.5.2. Vendor shall provide, at a minimum, annual recertification training with Citizens’ issued training materials to Vendor Staff. Recertification training may occur through a webinar. Citizens reserves the right to request training dates, proof of attendance, documents, and the training site location. In addition, Vendor shall ensure that Vendor Staff are properly trained and proficient in the use of the most recent version of CAIS, any alternative Assignment notification and/or management system, and any other legislatively mandated training. Citizens’ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to institute the training via a learning management system that tracks and records Vendor Staff training and scores.

Vendor Staff Training. At its sole discretion, Citizens reserves the right, to institute trainings via a learning management system that tracks and records Vendor Staff training and scores. Vendor must provide all training in its entirety prior to Vendor Staff receiving and accepting any Work Assignments or otherwise performing the Services. As Citizens identifies additional training throughout the life of the Contract, Vendor Staff must also complete the additional training within the number of days specified by Citizens and upon delivery of material to Vendor. Vendor must provide recertification training with Citizens-issued training materials. Recertification training may occur through a webinar. Citizens reserves the right to request training dates, proof of attendance, applicable documents, and the training site location. Citizens' certification requirements could include but may not be limited to training on: 3.8.1. Citizens' policy history, background, interpretation and application; 3.8.2. Citizens-specific systems, procedures, guidelines, etc.; 3.8.3. Work Assignment workflow; 3.8.4. Communications expectations; 3.8.5. Public Records requirements; and 3.8.6. Ethics and confidentiality requirements.

Recertification training may occur through a webinar. Citizens reserves the right to request training dates, proof of attendance, documents and the training site location. In addition, Vendor shall ensure that all Vendor Staff are properly trained and proficient in the use of the most recent version of CAIS and any other Work Assignment management systems utilized by Citizens. Citizens’ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to institute the training via a learning management system that automatically tracks and records Vendor Staff training and scores.
Vendor Staff Training a. The VENDOR shall be responsible for assuring training and competency of staff hired to work in DDDS contracted services in accord with the DDDS Training Policy found at: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/dhss/ddds/ddds_policy_main.html b. The VENDOR shall establish and maintain staff documentation records on-site for certificates or licenses that are not maintained on the DDDS designated Web-Based Training System. Records must be readily available for DDDS site surveys, investigations, or other DDDS verification efforts. c. The DIVISION may offer training as resources are available, but the VENDOR is responsible for locating and securing training for staff from whatever source necessary to ensure staff is trained in accord with the DDDS Training Policy. d. The VENDOR is responsible for devising, implementing and documenting verification of staff competencies after any completed staff training in accord with the training protocol/curricula. When the curricula does not provide a method of competency assessment, the VENDOR is responsible for devising, implementing and documenting a method of competency verification for each staff member. e. The VENDOR is responsible for assuring proper training required to perform contracted services for any specific service identified in the service recipient’s Person-Centered Plan that is not specifically included in the Training Policy. f. The VENDOR is responsible for ensuring staff is trained on and has references for all DDDS Provider Standards for Home and Community Based Services that guide or affect their specific job duties found here: g. Failure to achieve stable and consistent compliance with training requirements may result in DDDS offering technical assistance.

Related to Vendor Staff Training

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. The following requirements shall apply in addition to the requirements of Appendix B, section 42, Employees, Subcontractors and Agents, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User:

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • On-the-Job Training (10-16-07) (Rev. 4-21-15) Z-10

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.
