Volunteer Obligations. All families with Students enrolled in ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Catholic School Kindergarten through 8th grade is expected to participate in 30 hours of service by June 1, 2022. A maximum 20 hours can be used for coaching. and any other fundraising event or activities. There is a $550.00 buyout if you choose not to participate. The buyout payment is due by December 7, 2021 with a $25 a month late fee assessment with no grace period. All volunteers agree to follow the Diocesan safe environment requirements for volunteers.

Forming a team takes significant amount of time and effort for club administrators and the coaching staff. Each family who receives and accepts a position on a club team is expected to participate on that team for the full-prescribed program length. Any family who receives and accepts a position on a team at any point after the start of the season is expected to participate on that team for the remainder of the prescribed season. The only exceptions to this requirement are for any players who are no longer in high school and will be attending college following the end of summer (U18/U19 teams only). In those cases, partial participation and commitment is allowed. Each family who has a player participating on the team is required to pay the club dues (membership and uniform fees), as outlined in Appendix A and described below. Volunteer Obligations. I acknowledge and accept that a professional work ethic is required in my volunteer role that reflects trust and respect to fellow volunteers, NZOC personnel, New Zealand House vendors, and to all members of the public regardless of age, gender, religion and ethnicity. I will notify my Volunteer Manager if I am unable to attend to my volunteer tasks at any agreed time and day and give as much notice as I can. NZOC may from time to time introduce policies which may be relevant to my role as a volunteer. I will ensure that I am familiar with these policies and observe them at all times. NZOC reserves the right to cancel or amend its policies, or introduce new policies from time to time on reasonable notice to volunteers.
Volunteer Obligations. As a Kitsap County Volunteer, I agree to follow any volunteer manual, instructions and safety guidelines closely. Injury may be avoided by adhering to safety rules and safety procedures. I also agree to always conduct my Volunteer Service in a safe and professional manner.

Volunteer Obligations. One of the major strengths of St. Mary’s Catholic School is our community. This community sustains the school financially, spiritually and socially. The School Advisory Council researched best practices of other schools and determined a general volunteer expectation that produces a strong school community. All families are expected to volunteer 30 hours towards our major fundraisers. These fundraisers keep tuition costs affordable. The specific expectations are listed below. Certainly any family facing unforeseen circumstances (i.e. hospitalization) may speak with the principal to discuss their situation. Returning families know the needs of the school, therefore we expect an additional fifteen hours. These hours can come in various ways of support to the school - lunchroom, homeroom representatives, chairing an event, concessions at a sports game to name a few examples.

The Volunteer undertakes to keep secret the information obtained in connection with the provision of services for the Beneficiary, which constitute the Beneficiary's secret, in particular information related to the health condition of people for whom he provides assistance. This applies in particular to information related to:
a) protection of medical data,
b) protection of personal data - ordinary and special categories of data.
2. The Volunteer is obliged to present the documents listed below, which constitute the basis for establishing cooperation under the Agreement on the provision of services as part of volunteering, i.e. .: current medical examinations, a copy of the health record [‘książeczka zdrowia’].
