Volunteer Obligations. All families with Students enrolled in Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx Catholic School Kindergarten through 8th grade is expected to participate in 30 hours of service by June 1, 2022. A maximum 20 hours can be used for coaching. and any other fundraising event or activities. There is a $550.00 buyout if you choose not to participate. The buyout payment is due by December 7, 2021 with a $25 a month late fee assessment with no grace period. All volunteers agree to follow the Diocesan safe environment requirements for volunteers.

Volunteer Obligations. (a) During the term of your appointment, you will: (i) show the utmost good faith and devote the whole of your volunteering time and attention to the business of SUSF; (ii) use your best endeavours to promote the development, profitability, interests and welfare of SUSF and any related entity of SUSF; (iii) honestly, faithfully and diligently obey and perform all lawful orders and instructions of SUSF or the person to whom you report; (iv) honestly, faithfully and diligently perform the duties and exercise the powers which from time to time may be assigned to you by SUSF, or by the person to whom you report; (v) act in the best interests of SUSF at all times; (vi) not misuse SUSF’s property or services, or allow such misuse by other persons; and (vii) as soon as practicable upon becoming aware thereof inform SUSF of any act of dishonesty pertaining to the business, property or transactions of SUSF on the part of any person which may have come to your knowledge. (b) You agree at all times to comply with the requirements of safety legislation. You will abide by all of SUSF’ safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. (c) If you engage in any inherently dangerous conduct or conduct likely to cause injury to yourself, employees, clients or others, or otherwise breach SUSF’ safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures, this will result in disciplinary action which may include termination of this appointment. (d) At the conclusion of the coaching period provide a written report to the Club.
Volunteer Obligations. Volunteers shall: i. Abide by these Terms and Conditions. ii. Acknowledge that they are not employees of the Township of Georgian Bay. iii. Represent the Township in a positive and appropriate way and demonstrate their commitment by fulfilling their role to the best of their ability in line with the briefing and any training provided. iv. Attend all the on-site briefing and training sessions. Be on site and available to work on the days required. v. Arrive to shifts on time and participate fully for the period of time specified. vi. Always wear any relevant uniform whilst on shift. vii. Keep personal items out of view, reach or access to any other volunteer or resident. viii. Will not be visibly on their phone or device without a clear reason for the interaction. For example: Operating a google search to assist a resident. ix. Be well presented and polite to members of the public whilst on shift and carry out duties with maturity, honesty, and reliability. x. Not consume alcohol or drugs whilst (or immediately prior to) volunteering. The Township reserves the right to have any volunteer found to be volunteering under the influence of drink or other substance or behaving in a manner that might bring the Township into disrepute, removed from the Township site. xi. Volunteers who feel at risk of any health related issues shall wear a personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a mask, gloves, face shield or any other such item provided by the Township of Georgian Bay. xii. Volunteers who feel unwell for any reason should advise their supervisor immediately, and not compromise their own health or the health of those whom will receive the benefit of their volunteer time.

The Volunteer undertakes to keep secret the information obtained in connection with the provision of services for the Beneficiary, which constitute the Beneficiary's secret, in particular information related to the health condition of people for whom he provides assistance. This applies in particular to information related to: a) protection of medical data, b) protection of personal data - ordinary and special categories of data. 2. The Volunteer is obliged to present the documents listed below, which constitute the basis for establishing cooperation under the Agreement on the provision of services as part of volunteering, i.e. .:  current medical examinations,  a copy of the health record [‘książeczka zdrowia’].
