Wage Rate Upon Promotion a. The employee who is promoted will be placed in the new step range at a point that will assure an increase in wages and will continue to advance through the new step range on the employee’s anniversary date. Anniversary date shall mean date on which the employee was hired, so long as there is continuous service with the Hospital from that date.

Wage Rate Upon Promotion. An Employee who is promoted from one labor grade will be advanced to the rate which is equal to the wage seniority level of the Employee's lower labor grade. In the event an Employee is promoted to a labor grade two or more grades above his/her existing labor grade, the Employee will be advanced to the rate which is equal to or next above a one labor grade promotion explained in the foregoing sentence.

  • Wage Rate Penalty Pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Code Section 1775, the Contractor shall forfeit to the County, as a penalty, the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25) for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each laborer, worker, or mechanic employed, paid less than the stipulated prevailing rates for Work done under this Contract, by Contractor or by subcontractors, in violation of the provisions of this Contract.

  • Wage Rate Payments / Changes During Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.
