Wage Reviews. The employer may review and increase rates, as deemed appropriate, during the course of this Agreement. The employer will ensure that the hourly rate of pay under this Agreement is no less than the relevant classification minimum wage rate as set from time to time by the Australian Fair Pay Commission.

Weekly benefits, payable after the first (1st) day of accident or hospitalization and the fourteenth (14th) day of illness for a maximum of one hundred nineteen (119) days (1/14/119).  long term disability insurance with sixty percent (60%) of earnings, maximum of $2,600.00 per month), per employee, payable after one hundred nineteen (119) days until age 65 (119/65).  Emergency Travel Assistance  EFAP (Employee and Family Assistance Program) The Union has a conscientious objection policy for employees who cannot support the Union with their dues for conscientious reasons, as determined by the union's internal guidelines on what constitutes a conscientious objection.
Wage Reviews. Wage reviews shall take place each year on the anniversary date of the lodgement of this agreement and wages may be increased, subject to the employer’s sole discretion and consideration of such factors as employee performance, the performance of the business, general economic factors and the ability of the business to provide for wage increases. Where an employee is provided with a fully maintained company vehicle the employee shall not be entitled to the daily fares allowance and the allowance paid to an employee for the use of their own vehicle.
