Employees who do not hold all of these certificates will be dispatched as Unticketed Bridgeworkers unless they were members of the bargaining unit prior to April 29, 2016. These conditions do not apply to registered Piledriver and Bridgeworker Apprentices. ** These contributions to be based on hours earned.
