Waterline Design. The CONSULTANT shall prepare PS&E for both the temporary and permanent waterline relocation for the road bridge alternative. • Attend kickoff meeting with Thurston County PUD (PUD) and COUNTY Staff. • Prepare 60%, 90%, and Final PS&E waterline drawings for COUNTY and Thurston County PUD (PUD) review. • Incorporate Waterline design into Task 4 deliverables. • Respond to consolidated review comments prepared by the COUNTY and PUD for the 60% and 90% and Final submittals (See Task 4). • Attend 60% and 90% and Final review meetings with the COUNTY and PUD to discuss review comments (See Task 4). • Coordinate directly with PUD for meetings and review comments. • Attend kickoff meeting with HDR and PUD. • Attend 60% and 90% review meeting with HDR and the PUD as part of Task 4. • Prepare consolidated comments with the PUD as part of Task 4. • Track Task 2.3 budget internally for reimbursement from the PUD. • PUD will attend kickoff meeting and both 60% and 90% design review meetings with the COUNTY and HDR. Kickoff Meeting will be held virtually and attended by two CONSULTANT staff members. The Kickoff meeting will be two hours in duration. The 60% and 90% review meetings are part of Task 4. • PUD will submit consolidated comments directly to the COUNTY. • The temporary pipe will not be directionally bored. • The temporary pipe will be 4-inches to 6-inches in diameter. If hydraulic modeling is required it will be done by the PUD. The PUD will provide the system pressures. • The temporary/permanent piping will have isolation valves on both sides of the bridge along with blow off and air release valve(s) as necessary. • The temporary pipe will be HDPE. • There is asbestos concrete pipe removal and disposal for the existing watermain piping. • The permanent pipe will be secured to the bottom of the road bridge. • The permanent pipe affixed to the bridge will be Ductile Iron and require an insulated jacket for freeze protection. • No cathodic protection is required. • All other permanent pipe shall be buried within a trench and will be C900 PVC. • A OPCC will be prepared based upon the AACE International 18R-97 cost classification for both the temporary and permanent piping and associated appurtenances. • Drawings will be created in AutoCAD format using COUNTY standards. • The 60%, 90% and Final contract plans are based upon the following five sheets:
Waterline Design. This task includes design and preparation of documents for the 30%, 60%, 90% and final submittals for Phase 1. The project will replace or relocate water mains, services, fire hydrants and associated appurtenances, as required for the roadway improvements. Phase 1 work includes: • Installation of a new pressure-reducing valve (PRV) in the vicinity of Xxxxxx Xxxx on Bear Creek Road between zones 4B and 5 (V-2 in iWSMP). • 12-inch and 8-inch new connections on Bear Creek Rd between Cessna Dr and Janalee Pl (P-26 in iWSMP). Assumptions: • Pressure reducing valve vault to be replaced • Pressure requirements to be provided by the City of Bend for pressure reducing valve • City will provide preference for pressure reducing valve manufacturer • Water pipe to be Ductile Iron following City of Bend Design Standards • Replaced water lines to be removed • Subconsultant shall prepare for and attend up to ten (10) internal design coordination meetings, one (1) hour in length with up to two (2) Consultant team members in attendance. • Contractor shall provide water bypass plans for existing customers

This project will replace or relocate water mains, services, fire hydrants and associated appurtenances, as required for the roadway improvements. ▪ Approximately 1000-feet of new water main in Xxxx Road. ▪ Approximately 800-feet of new water main in Xxxxxxx Boulevard. ▪ Connection details to the existing water mains at existing junctions and the project limits. ▪ Connections to existing water services and meter relocations if needed. ▪ All design assumed to be within the proposed public right of way. Does not include relocation of backflow preventers on private property. ▪ The City will specify new pipeline diameters. Hydraulic analysis is not included. Existing utilities to be abandoned in place where appropriate.
Waterline Design. It is assumed there will be ~1,000 feet of waterline replacement along 119th Street. It is assumed all waterline requiring replacement is owned by Olathe Water.
Waterline Design. A1. This proposal assumes the design of 400 linear feet of 6" waterline. Design shall include one (1) Plan and Profile sheet for the waterline design.

  • Project Design Applicants must design a project that provides access to health services to enable eligible women and men experiencing health needs to secure and maintain safe and accessible quality screening and diagnostic services, comprehensive family planning, and/ or other women’s health services. A. Applicants are encouraged to emphasize the following components in the design of their projects. Projects must: 1. Use a collaborative approach to maximize existing community resources and avoid duplication of effort; 2. Enhance systems and local processes to make it easier for people to transition to, from, and between services; 3. Address barriers to ensure services are accessible to people regardless of setting or location; and 4. Promote improvement and positively impact health and well-being through coordinated service delivery. B. To be effective, services and activities provided or made available as part of the Proposed Project should have policies and procedures in place and include with the application as an attachment that: 1. Delineate the timely provision of services; 2. Deem Client eligibility and service provision as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days from initial request; 3. Require staff to assess and prioritize Client needs; 4. Implement with model fidelity to an evidence-based program or based upon best available research; 5. Plan in partnership with the person and are inclusive; 6. Provide in an environment that is most appropriate and based on a person’s preference including reasonable clinic/reception wait times that are not a barrier to care; 7. Provide referral sources for Clients that cannot be served or receive a specific service; 8. Are culturally and linguistically sensitive; 9. Tailor services to a person’s unique strengths and needs; 10. Manage funds to ensure established Clients continuity of care throughout budget year; 11. Continue to provide services to established Clients after allocated funds are expended; 12. Have processes to identify and eliminate possible barriers to care; 13. Do not deny services due to inability to pay; 14. Have appropriate key personnel and required staff to meet the medical and health needs of Clients; 15. Bill services appropriately and timely through TMHP; 16. Effectively communicate and document information related to health care needs with next steps available to Client; 17. Establish outreach and education plan for the community; and 18. Outline successful delivery of direct clinical services to Clients By submitting an Application under this RFA, the Applicant certifies that Applicant has or will have at time of grant award services, policies, or procedures that conform with the requirements in this section as applicable. HHSC, in its sole discretion, may request to review relevant documentation during the project period as necessary to ensure program fidelity.

  • Study Design This includes a discussion of the evaluation design employed including research questions and hypotheses; type of study design; impacted populations and stakeholders; data sources; and data collection; analysis techniques, including controls or adjustments for differences in comparison groups, controls for other interventions in the State and any sensitivity analyses, and limitations of the study.

  • Program Design The County Human Resources Department will operate a Catastrophic Leave Bank which is designed to assist any County employee who has exhausted all paid accruals due to a serious or catastrophic illness, injury, or condition of the employee or family member. The program establishes and maintains a Countywide bank wherein any employee who wishes to contribute may authorize that a portion of his/her accrued vacation, compensatory time, holiday compensatory time or floating holiday be deducted from those account(s) and credited to the Catastrophic Leave Bank. Employees may donate hours either to a specific eligible employee or to the bank. Upon approval, credits from the Catastrophic Leave Bank may be transferred to a requesting employee's sick leave account so that employee may remain in paid status for a longer period of time, thus partially ameliorating the financial impact of the illness, injury, or condition. Catastrophic illness or injury is defined as a critical medical condition, a long-term major physical impairment or disability which manifests itself during employment.

  • Plan Design The flexible benefits plan is a cafeteria-style benefits program wherein the County makes a contribution toward the Flexible Benefits Plan for each eligible employee to be allocated during the employee's active employment. The County contribution is distributed by the employee among the menu of benefit options listed below, the specific details and administration of which are set forth in the plan brochures: • Health insurance • County basic life and AD&D insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Supplemental life insurance • Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D) • Flexible spending accounts for pre-tax reimbursement of qualified medical and/or dependent day care expenses.   • Final Design Provide OWNER with proposed final construction drawings and detailed opinions of probable total Project construction costs in writing for OWNER' s review, prior to completion of the final Contract Documents, so that any changes that may be necessary in accordance with Project' s budgetary schedule can be made prior to bid.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. The Contractor shall not cut or otherwise alter the work of the State or any separate contractor except with the written consent of the State and of such separate contractor. The Contractor shall not unreasonably withhold from the State or any separate contractor his consent to cutting or otherwise altering the Work.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
