Xxxxx and Benefits. 13.01 Wages shall be paid during the term of this Agreement in accordance with Appendix ‘B’ which is attached to and forms part of this Agreement.

Xxxxx and Benefits. Any layoff pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate the bargaining unit member's individual employment benefits allowed including all wages and benefits within this Master Agreement, except that insurance benefits will be paid throughout the summer if the school year was completed. In the event of a recall of any bargaining unit member on layoff, the Board shall restore all rights, wages, and benefits provided for in the Agreement which is in effect at the time of recall to such bargaining unit member.

The Company recognizes the following statutory holidays per year: New Year’s Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Day Easter Monday Christmas Day Victoria Day Boxing Day Canada Day Civic Holiday One (1) Floating Holiday Statutory pay is included in the basic wage rate as outlined in Appendix A. There will be no separate cheques issued to employees for statutory pay during this agreement.
Xxxxx and Benefits. The parties agree that a shared educational assistant position arrangement between two educational assistants shall be financially neutral for the School District, specifically as follows: a. The two educational assistants sharing a full status position will receive a prorata share of the wages of a full status educational assistant based upon the hours worked and the educational assistant’s hourly rate. b. Job sharing educational assistants shall accrue and be entitled to utilize leave provisions on a prorata basis proportionate to their shared time status compared to a full status educational assistant. c. Educational assistants in shared time positions shall remain on the seniority list as though they were working full status during the shared time service. d. Job sharing educational assistants shall not be entitled to a share of the School District insurance contribution or benefits.
