Xxxxx of Employment. 7.1Your principal place of employment will be at the location described in Item 5 of the Schedule, or as otherwise reasonably requested by the Employer.

Xxxxx of Employment. 6.1. The Executive will normally work in between Edinburgh and London but may be required to travel elsewhere in the world in the performance of his duties.
Xxxxx of Employment. XXXXXXXXX and FREEPORT agree that the A.C.O. shall devote his/her work time, efforts, and attentions to the customary duties and responsibilities of an animal control officer and the administration related functions of the A.C.O. office as follows:
Xxxxx of Employment. The employee understands that this Out of State Working Agreement is not a contract of employment and does not provide any contractual rights to continued employment. It does not alter or supersede the terms of the existing employment relationship. You will perform all of the duties and responsibilities as set forth in your job description, as well as those additional and/or different duties that the Department may assign from time to time. Further, you remain obligated to comply with all University (as well as the Department’s) policies and procedures. While working out of state, you will maintain productivity, performance, communication, and responsiveness standards. Unless other arrangements are made between the employee and the supervisor, the employee will meet with the supervisor regularly to receive assignments and to review completed work. The employee will complete all assigned work according to procedures mutually agreed upon with the supervisor.
Xxxxx of Employment. Executive’s primary office location shall be his home office in Michigan; provided, however, that Executive shall be expected to and will spend significant time at the Company’s offices located in Winter Park, Florida as mutually determined by the parties. The parties acknowledge that Executive may be required to travel in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder. 4.
Xxxxx of Employment. 7.1The Employer’s current primary business location is described in Item 6 of the Schedule.
Xxxxx of Employment. 1. The hours per day and number of days of employment for bargaining unit positions shall be in accordance with the following schedule. The hours of work and number of days for each position shall be established by the Board on an annual basis prior to the start of the school year. Xxxxx of Employment. The greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. You shall render services in the offices designated by Company at such location. You also agree to travel on temporary trips to such other place or places as may be required from time to time to perform your duties hereunder.
Xxxxx of Employment. Your principal place of employment shall be Houston, Texas and your duties will require business travel to such other locations as shall be reasonably necessary from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that in the course of your employment you will be required to travel on behalf of the Company.
