Conducting Negotiations. 5-2-1 The Association and the District agree that negotiations shall be guided by the following procedures, which may be modified at any time by mutual consent. 5-2-2 The parties agree to negotiate in good faith. Good faith is defined as an honest attempt to resolve issues, which arise during the negotiations process. Both parties agree to present reasonable proposals, which demonstrate educational and fiscal responsibility. The obligations of good faith negotiations does not compel either party to agree or to make concessions on a specific issue. 5-2-3 The parties agree that the primary teams at the table for each side will be limited to a mutually agreed upon number of participants. A majority of each team shall be District employees.

Conducting Negotiations. 4.2.1 At the first meeting during negotiations, the parties, through their respective negotiating teams, may each present proposals concerning not more than four (4) Articles of this Agreement.
Conducting Negotiations. 2.1.1. On a mutually agreed upon date, the parties shall initiate negotiations for the purpose of entering into a succeeding agreement.

Upon request of either party, the other shall make available for inspection the recorded data pertinent to the subject of negotiating, provided such data is available under current statutes.
Conducting Negotiations. 5.2.1 Negotiations will be conducted using an Interest Based Bargaining process.
Conducting Negotiations. The negotiation teams will meet in closed sessions, unless otherwise agreed upon mutually in advance. All proposals must be channeled through the negotiation teams at the table. The teams will present relevant data, exchange points of view, and make proposals and counterproposals. Upon request by either party, the other shall make available for inspection its public records and data pertinent to the subject under negotiation.
Conducting Negotiations. 3-2-1 All provisions of this Agreement pertaining to compensation and benefits will be subject to negotiations each year of the Agreement including, but not limited to, salary advances, cost of living allowances, employee health and welfare benefits, the District contribution towards those benefits, additional performance pay, additional coverage pay, outdoor lab pay, reclassifications, and sick leave payout.
Conducting Negotiations. 3-6-1 The Board and the WEA agree to negotiate in good faith.

Upon request of either party, the other will, except as it may be limited by law, make available for inspection, available records and data pertinent to the subject of negotiations.
