Service Generated Data definition

Service Generated Data means data generated or derived by Microsoft through the operation of an Online Service. Service Generated Data does not include Customer Data, Diagnostic Data, or Professional Services Data.
Service Generated Data means data or information about the operation, delivery, usage or performance of the SaaS, including, for clarity, activity logs or other data or information about Customer’s usage of the SaaS. Such data or information may be generated or derived automatically by the SaaS or tools associated with it, or manually by or on behalf of HiveMQ.
Service Generated Data means data generated or derived by Microsoft through the operation of the Services. Service Generated Data does not include Data, Diagnostic Data, or Professional Services Data.

  • Munters shall have the right to share and transfer Service Generated Data to third parties to the extent required for the purposes of, including without limitation, provision of services (such as part of an independent service offering), troubleshooting, support, analytical and statistical purposes as well as product development activities.

  • Munters has no obligation to indemnify a claim in accordance with the foregoing if it arises from (iv) Service Generated Data; (v) unauthorized modification or use of the Services; or (vi) the Customer’s acts or omissions not in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Generated Data means usage data and metadata that is generated through the use of the Services, including data generated through the use of Support Services. This Addendum applies to Service-Generated Data to the extent Service-Generated Data constitutes Personal Data.
Service Generated Data means all data and information collected from connected products or otherwise generated as part of the use of the Services and stored in and processed, in whatever format (e.g. raw data, as processed and visualised in data logs and reports, etc.), through or as a part of the Services, as well as information about the operation, use or performance of the Services; and
