STRIKE, NO LOCKOUT. The Association agrees there shall be no strikes and the Hospital agrees there shall be no lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The terms "strike" and "lock- out" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE, NO LOCKOUT. There shall be no strikes called or supported by the Union or its members, and no lockout caused by the Company during the life of this Agreement or any renewal thereof.

During the term of this Agreement neither the Association nor any employee covered by this Agreement shall take part in or call or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any suspension of work or picketing or other interference against the Board which shall in any way limit the normal operations of the Board. During the term of his Agreement, the Board shall not engage in any lockout of its employees covered by this Agreement.
STRIKE, NO LOCKOUT. It is agreed that all disputes shall be settled in accordance with procedure set forth in Article of this Agreement and that there shall be no strikes caused, called or supported by the Union or its members, nor lockouts by the Company, during the life of this Agreement.
STRIKE, NO LOCKOUT. 16.1 During the life of this Agreement, as provided in Article 1, the Association and its members, as individuals or as a group, will not initiate, cause, permit, participate in or join in any strike, stoppage, slowdown, picketing, or other restrictions of work at the District’s premises. Lockouts, strikes, stoppages, slowdowns, picketing, or other restrictions of work will be a violation of this Agreement, and disciplinary action, including discharge, may be taken against any person or persons engaged in such a violation. Such disciplinary action may be undertaken selectively at the option of the District and shall not preclude or restrict recourse to any other remedies, including an action for damages, which may be available to the District.
16.2 The Association, its officers, agents, and any of the employees covered by this Agreement shall not be prohibited from showing association solidarity by displaying items on their person or on bulletin boards designated for association use that are not derogatory to the District. Such displays shall not disrupt district operations, nor shall students and/or parents be enlisted to participate in such activities.

Nor shall the Hospital nor any of its officers or officials engage any lockouts at the Hospital.
