Entire Agreement. The following sentence is added at the beginning of this Section 20:
Entire Agreement. Entire Agreement. 14.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between any user and us in relation to the use of or any transactions on the Platform. These terms supersede and extinguish all other agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between any user and us, whether written or oral, in relation to the use of or any transactions on the Platform.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire contractual arrangements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter set out herein and all prior negotiations, correspondence, arrangements, understandings, promises and agreements with respect to such subject matter cease to have any effect.
Entire Agreement. This Subscription Agreement, including the Schedules hereto, and the Offering Memorandum, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated herein and cancels and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, negotiations and discussions between the parties. There are no representations, warranties, terms, conditions, undertakings or collateral agreements or understandings, express or implied, between the parties hereto other than those expressly set forth in this Subscription Agreement or in any such agreement, certificate, affidavit, statutory declaration or other document as aforesaid. This Subscription Agreement may not be amended or modified in any respect except by written instrument executed by each of the parties hereto.
Entire Agreement. 12.11 Contrat complet.
Entire Agreement. This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet-based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support services.
Entire Agreement. The Contract is the entire agreement between us in relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation or assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Contract.
Entire Agreement. (a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, declarations or agreements, either oral or written, related hereto.
Entire Agreement. Unless as is otherwise provided for herein, these Terms supersede all other agreements, oral or written, made with respect to the subject hereof and the Services contemplated hereby, and contains the entire agreement of the parties.
