Acceptable Conduct by Participant. Participant is aware of the behavior expected while participating in the Program. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, the improper use of alcohol or other drugs, abusive language, discrimination, and carrying any firearms or other weapons while participating in the Program. Participant shall abide by all policies, rules and regulations established by WCTC and the LIRWC Program. Participant assures WCTC/LIRWC that he/she shall act in an appropriate manner at all times.

Acceptable Conduct by Participant. I am aware of the behavior expected of me while participating in this Program. I am aware that, as a participant, there is certain behavior that is unacceptable and could lead to possible disruption of my participation in this Program. I am also aware that I must comply with all applicable laws. I agree to act in an appropriate and lawful manner at all times, including those times when I am in the company of other students enrolled in the Program and those times when I am separated from students and Program faculty and administrators.
Acceptable Conduct by Participant. I am aware of and shall comply with the rules, standards, and policies of the University of New Hampshire with respect to student behavior. I agree that the University of New Hampshire may enforce its rules, standards, and policies for appropriate conduct, and that such enforcement may include termination of participation in the field trip experience for inappropriate behavior or any action or conduct considered by the University to be detrimental to or incompatible with the interests of the activity. In the event that my participation is terminated for inappropriate conduct, I shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in returning home.
Acceptable Conduct by Participant. In accordance with the Student Code of Conduct as published in the College Catalog and accessible on the College website, the Participant is aware of and shall comply with Xxxxxx Community College's rules, standards and instructions for student behavior. The Undersigned agree(s) that Xxxxxx Community College may enforce its rules, standards, and instructions for appropriate conduct and that such enforcement may include termination of participation in the academic program for inappropriate behavior or any action or conduct considered by the College to be detrimental to or incompatible with the interests of the program. In the event that Participant's participation is terminated for inappropriate conduct, the Undersigned shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in Participant's returning home. Further in this eventuality the Undersigned agree(s) that there shall be no refund of fees.
Acceptable Conduct by Participant.  I understand this is an unsupervised experience and that faculty members are traveling with Participants to teach first-year courses.  I will conduct myself in a professional manner, since my behaviors can be considered as a reflection of my student peers and the faculty and staff of Xxxxx-Xxxxxx College. Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully, and will abide by the rules set forth by AIFS, CEPA and/or Xxxxx-Xxxxxx College.  I will abide by the laws and customs that govern the country/state where the program is based. I am legally subject to the same laws and regulations that govern the foreign country's citizens and any other laws that are applicable to the Participants as a foreign citizen in that country.  I understand that if I engage in disrespectful, hostile, or violent behavior that threatens me, another person, or the program, I will be subject to immediate disciplinary action and may be dismissed from the program, and sent home at my own expense, with no refund.  For an internationally based course, if the faculty supervisor dismisses me because of unprofessional practices, I may receive a failing grade for the course and may also be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Code of Community Responsibility.  I understand and acknowledge that there are inherently health and safety risks associated with traveling abroad, and I agree I am personally responsible for obtaining all health information, appropriate medical procedures, immunizations, and medications for my personal well-being.  I acknowledge that I am ultimately responsible for complying with the Xxxxx-Xxxxxx College Code of Community Responsibility and academic policies and procedures.  I will attend all required course/program functions unless I receive the permission of the group leader to miss a planned activity.  I understand and agree that Xxxxx-Xxxxxx College is not undertaking any responsibility in the nature of in loco parentis or special responsibility for my safety or activities as the result of my participation in this program.
Acceptable Conduct by Participant. Participant is aware of the expected behavior of the Participant while participating in the Mission Trip. Participant is aware that, as a guest of Made in the Streets, there is certain behavior that is unacceptable and could lead to possible disruption of the Participant’s participation in the Mission Trip. The Participant assures Made in the Streets that the Participant shall act in an appropriate manner at all times. Such behavior shall include time spent in the company of other team members as well as when the Participant may be physically separated from the mission team. If Participant’s behavior is deemed unacceptable in the sole discretion of Made in the Streets, Participant acknowledges and agrees that Made in the Streets shall have the authority without penalty or liability to cancel or withdraw the Participant’s participation in any part of the Mission Trip and that Participant shall bear any and all costs attendant in making any appropriate alterations, deletions or modifications in the Participant’s travel itinerary and/or planned activities as a result thereof.

W aiver of WCTC’S/LIRWC’s Liability and Indemnification of WCTC/LIRWC for Risks and Dangers As a condition precedent to Participant’s participation in the Program, Participant agrees to exercise reasonable care at all times with respect to the safety of Participant’s own person and personal property, and with respect to the safety of other Participants and their personal property. Participant understands, however, that there are certain dangers, hazards, and risks inherent in the activities included in the Program. Participant acknowledges that participation in the Program may involve the risk of damage to property, bodily injury, and, in some cases, even death. Neither WCTC/LIRWC, nor the Program’s Educational Coordinator, assumes any responsibility for such personal injuries or property damage. (OVER) Accordingly, Participant, for him/herself and the Participant’s spouse (if applicable), heirs, assigns, related individuals and related entities, does hereby waive, release, absolve, discharge and agree to hold harmless WCTC/LIRWC and their Boards of Trustees, directors, officers, employees, teachers, agents and insurers, and the Program’s Coordinator (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all rights, claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, suits, liens, damages, or liabilities of any kind and character whatsoever, whether known or unknown, suspected or claimed, which the Participant shall, or may have, in the future against the Released Parties arising out of, based on, related to, or connected with, the Participant’s enrollment and participation in the Program. Participant also agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from the payment of any and all judgments, settlements, costs, disbursements and attorneys’ fees that are associated with the Released Parties having to defend or investigate any claim, action or proceeding of any type whatsoever arising out of the Participant’s enrollment or participation in the Program, in...

Acceptable Conduct by Participant am aware that as a guest in a foreign country there are certain behaviors, ncluding but not limited to, rowdiness, alcohol- or substance-abuse, that are unacceptable and could lead to the disruption of my participation in the Program, including my expulsion from the Program and return to my home at my own expense and without refund of any kind. I assure PS that I shall act in an appropriate manner at all times, and abide by all directives of faculty and staff whileabroad.

Participant understands that this is an organized program of study and that group standards must be observed. Except for those periods designated as free time, Participant will at all times remain under the supervision of Institution or its agents/Host Institution and Participant will comply with the requirements for student behavior. Participant hereby waives and releases any and all claims against Institution and its agents arising out of Participant’s failure to remain under such supervision or to comply with such requirements. Participant agrees that Institution, its agents, Host Institution, travel facilitator, etc., have the right to terminate Participant’s participation for failure to maintain standards or for any actions or conduct which Institution and any of its agents find incompatible with the interest, comfort or welfare of other students. On group tours or other activities arranged by the Institution or its agents or Host Institution, Participant will accept the will of the majority whenever a choice is presented to the group.
