Additional compassionate leave. 7.10.4.1 Compassionate Leave at the time of the death of an immediate family or household member will be administered in accordance with this Agreement and the organisation’s Employee Leave procedure, as amended from time to time.
7.10.4.2 Where extra leave is required in addition to the above entitlement, employees can utilise their sick leave entitlement to supplement compassionate leave up until the day of the funeral of the deceased person. Up to five (5) days leave per occasion will be allowed under this clause.
Additional compassionate leave. 46.4.1 If an Employee has exhausted leave under clause 46.2, an Employee is entitled to a further 3 days paid leave because of a death of a member of the Employees immediate family or household.
Additional compassionate leave. Subject to the same provisions of 30.1.2, where the leave in 30.1.2 has been exhausted, an employee is entitled to leave of up to 15.2 hours on each occasion of a death of the relative (pro rata for part-time employees). This additional leave may, at the employee’s request and with the agreement of the employer, be provided on the following basis:- • Where paid leave is sought, it will be debited against the available personal leave credit of the employee. • Where the personal leave credit of the employee has been exhausted and additional leave is sought the employee may either access paid leave as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement or apply for unpaid leave which will not be unreasonably with held by the employer.
Additional compassionate leave. 56.2.1 At the discretion of the Employer, and upon request of an Employee, additional paid Compassionate Leave of up to 5 days may be granted where an Employee has significant responsibility for arrangements associated with the reasons for the leave (e.g. funeral).
56.2.2 As well as Additional Compassionate Leave, it may be possible for an Employee to access Special Leave, access accrued annual leave, take leave in advance or unpaid leave to help them through this period.
Additional compassionate leave. 44.2.1 In certain circumstances, such as death of a direct relative and the employee must travel overseas for the funeral, the Company may grant additional day/s of paid leave where travel to return to for the funeral would reasonably take more than twenty four hours of travel.
44.2.2 In such circumstances the Company may approve additional leave from the employees accumulated leave entitlement in addition to Compassionate/Bereavement Leave and any leave granted under this clause. Such request will be considered under the terms of clause 44.1
44.2.3 In addition to the evidence requirements in clause 37, the Company may require evidence of the employees travel arrangements;
Additional compassionate leave. An additional 2 days of unpaid compassionate leave may be negotiated with the employer for emergencies for permanent employees who have used up their personal leave entitlements and for casual employees.
Additional compassionate leave. If an Employee has exhausted leave under this Clause, they can access up to three days' paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. If an Employee has exhausted their accrued paid Personal / Carer’sLeave, Museums Xxxxxxxx xxx grant up to three days unpaid leave. An Employee may be granted leave beyond three days where Museums Victoria is satisfied those three days is inadequate in the circumstances.
Additional compassionate leave. Paid/unpaid leave in excess of the provisions of clause 6.1 Personal Leave and 6.2 Compassionate Leave may be granted to assist in circumstances employee hardship or in a situation of serious illness or injury of a family member. The approval and length of the leave will be at the discretion of the Company.

7.12.3 Additional compassionate leave shall not accumulate from year to year as such, however personal leave entitlements from which the additional compassionate leave would have been available shall continue to accumulate as personal leave pursuant to this Agreement.
