Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF. Effective September 1, 1997, each Employer signatory to this Agreement shall contribute ten ($0.10) cents per hour, up to a maximum of 150,000 man‐hours per year, for all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement to the AMF. The Fund shall be administered solely by the Boston Chapter, National Electrical Contractors Association, Inc., and shall be utilized to pay for the Association’s cost of the labor contract administration including negotiations, labor relations, disputes and grievance representation performed on behalf of the signatory Employers. In addition, all other administrative functions required of the management such as service on all funds as required by Federal Law. The AMF contribution shall be submitted with all other benefits as delineated in the Labor Agreement by the fifteenth (15th) of the following month in which they are due to the administrator receiving funds. In the event any Employer is delinquent in submitting the required Administrative Maintenance Fund to the designated administrator, the administrator shall have the authority to recover any funds, along with any attorney fees, court costs, interest at one (1) percent per month and liquidated damages receiving such funds. The enforcement for the delinquent payments to the fund shall be the sole responsibility of the fund or the Employer, not the Local Union. These monies shall not be used to the detriment of the I.B.E.W. or the local union.

Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF. (a) Effective September 1, 2004, all Employers subject to the terms of this Agreement, as well as those who utilize the Southeast Texas Benefit Trust (SETXBT) shall contribute an amount equal to ten cents ($.10) per hour worked by each employee working under the terms of this agreement; up to a maximum of 150,000 hours within a calendar year. The sum shall be due the Houston Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF) no later than the fifteenth (15th) of the month following the end of the calendar month in which the work was performed on a form provided by the Administration Fund.
Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF. Effective January 1, 2016, all Employers signatory to this Agreement with IBEW Local 46 shall contribute three quarters of one percent (.75%) of productive labor payroll, as reported on the fringe benefit report, to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. The monies are for the purpose of administration of all Trust Funds as delineated in this Agreement, and other administrative costs. The administrator of the Administrative Maintenance Fund shall be appointed by the Puget Sound Chapter, NECA. No portion of this fund shall be used contrary to IBEW Local 46. The Local shall have the right to inspect the books of this Fund. The AMF contribution shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits delineated in the Labor Agreement by the fifteenth (15th) of the following month in which they are due to the administrator receiving said funds. Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF. All employers signatory to this labor agreement shall contribute .5% of their gross monthly labor payroll payable to the Administrative Maintenance Fund for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement. The monies are for the purpose of administration of the collective bargaining agreement, grievance handling, and all other management duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement. The Administrative Maintenance Fund contribution shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits covered in the labor agreement by the 15th of the month. This fund shall be administered solely by the Chapter and will not be used to the detriment of the Local Union or the mEW. Enforcement for delinquent payments to this fund shall be the sole responsibility of the fund.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration.   • Administrative Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • TIPS Administration Fees The collection of administrative fees by TIPS, a government entity, for performance of these procurement services is required pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 791.011 et. seq. The administration fee (“TIPS Administration Fee”) is the amount legally owed by Vendor to TIPS for TIPS Sales made by Vendor. The TIPS Administration Fee amount is typically a set percentage of the amount paid by the TIPS Member for each TIPS Sale, less shipping cost, bond cost, and taxes if applicable and identifiable, which is legally due to TIPS, but the exact TIPS Administration Fee for this Contract is published in the corresponding solicitation and is incorporated herein by reference. TIPS Administration Fees are due to TIPS immediately upon Vendor’s receipt of payment, including partial payment, for a TIPS Sale. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member, not on the Vendor’s cost or on the amount for which the Vendor sold the item to a dealer or Authorized Reseller. Upon receipt of payment for a TIPS Sale, including partial payment (which renders TIPS Administration Fees immediately due), Vendor shall issue to TIPS the corresponding TIPS Administration Fee payment as soon as possible but not later than thirty-one calendar days following Vendor’s receipt of payment. Vendor shall pay TIPS via check unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing. Vendor shall include clear documentation with the issued payment dictating to which sale(s) the amount should be applied. Vendor may create a payment report within their TIPS Vendor Portal which is the preferred documentation dictating to which TIPS Sale(s) the amount should be applied. Failure to pay all TIPS Administration Fees pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion as well as the initiation of collection and legal actions by TIPS against Vendor to the extent permitted by law. Any overpayment of participation fees to TIPS by Vendor will be refunded to the Vendor within ninety (90) days of receipt of notification if TIPS receives written notification of the overpayment not later than the expiration of six (6) months from the date of overpayment and TIPS determines that the amount was not legally due to TIPS pursuant to this agreement and applicable law. Any notification of overpayment received by TIPS after the expiration of six (6) months from the date that TIPS received the payment will render the overpayment non-refundable. Region 8 ESC and TIPS reserve the right to extend the six (6) month deadline if approved by the Region 8 ESC Board of Directors. TIPS reserves all rights under the law to collect TIPS Administration Fees due to TIPS pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Administrative Fee The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the Fee Letter.

  • Payments as Administrative Expenses Payments from the Receiver with respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement are administrative expenses of the Receiver. To the extent the Receiver needs funds for shared-loss payments respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement, the Receiver shall request funds under the Master Loan and Security Agreement, as amended (“MLSA”), from FDIC in its corporate capacity. The Receiver will not agree to any amendment of the MLSA that would prevent the Receiver from drawing on the MLSA to fund shared-loss payments.

  • How Are Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Taxed For Federal Income Tax Purposes? Amounts distributed are generally excludable from gross income if they do not exceed the beneficiary’s “qualified higher education expenses” for the year or are rolled over to another Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). “Qualified higher education expenses” generally include the cost of tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment for enrollment at (i) accredited post-secondary educational institutions offering credit toward a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree, a graduate-level or professional degree or another recognized post-secondary credential and (ii) certain vocational schools. In addition, room and board may be covered if the beneficiary is at least a “half-time” student. This amount may be reduced or eliminated by certain scholarships, qualified state tuition programs, HOPE, Lifetime Learning tax credits, proceeds of certain savings bonds, and other amounts paid on the beneficiary’s behalf as well as by any other deductions or credits taken for the same expenses. The definition of “qualified education expenses” includes expenses more frequently and directly related to elementary and secondary school education, including the purchase of computer technology or equipment or Internet access and related services. To the extent payments during the year exceed such amounts, they are partially taxable and partially non-taxable similar to payments received from an annuity. Any taxable portion of a distribution is generally subject to a 10% penalty tax in addition to income tax unless the distribution is (i) due to the death or disability of the beneficiary, (ii) made on account of a scholarship received by the beneficiary, or (iii) is made in a year in which the beneficiary elects the HOPE or Lifetime Learning credit and waives the exclusion from income of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account distribution. You may be allowed to take both the HOPE or Lifetime Learning credits while simultaneously taking distributions from Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts. However, you cannot claim a credit for the same educational expenses paid for through Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account distributions. To the extent a distribution is taxable, capital gains treatment does not apply to amounts distributed from the account. Similarly, the special five- and ten-year averaging rules for lump-sum distributions do not apply to distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. The taxable portion of any distribution is taxed as ordinary income. The IRS does not require withholding on distributions from Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts.

  • DIR Administrative Fee A) The administrative fee to be paid by the Vendor to DIR based on the dollar value of all sales to Customers pursuant to this Contract is three-quarters of one percent (.75%). Payment will be calculated for all sales, net of returns and credits. For example, the administrative fee for sales totaling $100,000 shall be $750.00.
