Annual Holiday Entitlement. 12.1.1 Annual holidays are allowed in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003.
Annual Holiday Entitlement. Five weeks and one day of annual holiday shall be given to each employee who is in the employment of the firm for twelve consecutive months prior to 30 September of the holiday year (i.e., 1 October to 30 September) for which the holiday is given. The timing of the additional day of annual holiday, shall be determined by the employer. Note: Legal Holiday Entitlement Under the Working Time Regulations employees are legally entitled to accrue 4 weeks paid holiday in each leave year.
