Annual Vacation and Vacation Pay. 12:01 The annual vacation will be provided at a time arranged between the Employer and the employee as detailed in The Manitoba Employment Standards Code.
Annual Vacation and Vacation Pay. Annual vacation will be arranged as provided in The Employment Standards Code of Manitoba. Vacation Pay allowance will be accumulated for the credit of each employee at the rate of six percent (6%) of the employee's standard hourly rate for each hour worked. An employee shall receive time off with pay annually as vacation and vacation pay in accord with the following schedule: Years of Continuous Service Vacation and Vacation Pay After 1 year 48 hours After 3 years 96 hours After 5 years 132 hours After 7 years 144 hours After 9 years 168 hours After 12 years 192 hours After 15 years 216 hours Vacation pay shall be computed on the basis of the employee's regular straight time hourly rate at the time the vacation is taken and in conjunction with the employees work schedule of eight (8), ten (10) hours, or twelve (12) hours.
