Annual Vacation and Vacation Pay. Annual vacation will be arranged as provided in The Employment Standards Code of Manitoba. Vacation Pay allowance will be accumulated for the credit of each employee at the rate of six percent (6%) of the employee's standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
