Antidiscrimination. Consultant shall not refuse to hire or employ or bar or discharge from employment any person, or discriminate against such person in compensation, conditions, or privileges of employment because of race, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, familial status, age, disability, or United States military veteran status. Consultant shall provide a copy of its antidiscrimination policy to City to confirm compliance with this requirement or attest in writing to compliance based upon the criteria outlined in Exhibit C.
Antidiscrimination. The College agrees to the fullest extent of applicable law that it shall not discriminate against any faculty member because of race, ethnicity, color, religion, age, disability, national origin, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or Association membership or non-membership. (See related sections of Article 6.)
Antidiscrimination. The Developer, for itself and its successors and assigns, agrees that in the construction of and in the use and occupancy of the Property, the Developer will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, ancestry or national origin.
Antidiscrimination. 4.01 The Board agrees that it will not discriminate against any employee with respect to wages, hours or conditions of employment by reason of the employee'’s Union membership or lawful activities.
4.02 The Union agrees that it will not discriminate against the Board by reason of its lawful activities.
4.03 The parties agree that the Office of Professional Standards shall be available to employees who allege in writing that they have been discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age (40 or older), marital status, disability, political affiliation or genetic information (including family medical history). The Office of Professional Standards shall investigate such allegations in accordance with the School Board policy. Within fifteen (15) days of notification of the outcome of the investigation, an employee shall have the right to file a grievance per Article 12 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. For this section only (4.03), the grievance process will end at the Superintendent or designee level. The employee shall have the right to representation during the grievance process.
4.04 The parties agree that when an employee files a complaint of Bullying and Harassment under School Board Policy 511.2, the complaint shall be investigated in accordance with School Board policy. Within 15 days of notification of the outcome of the investigation, an employee shall have the right to file a grievance as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and School Board policy 649. The employee shall have the right to representation during the grievance process.
Antidiscrimination. The parties to this Agreement pledge that they shall not knowingly discriminate against any employee because of race, creed, color, sex, age or national origin, as provided by law in the execution and administration of this Agreement.
Antidiscrimination. It is the intention of the employer to this Agreement to achieve the principal object of s.3(m) of the Act through respecting and valuing the diversity of the workforce by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.
Antidiscrimination. The APPLICANT agrees there may be no discrimination against or segregation of any person, or group of persons, on account of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, color, marital status, creed, national origin, ancestry, or disability in the employment of persons for the construction, sale, or lease of any space in the Project.
Antidiscrimination. The contractor shall not discriminate with respect to participation, reimbursement, or indemnification against any provider who is acting within the scope of the provider's license or certification under applicable State law, solely on the basis of such licensure or certification. The contractor may, however, include providers only to the extent necessary to meet the needs of the organization's enrollees or establish any measure designed to maintain quality and control costs consistent with the responsibilities of the contractor.
Antidiscrimination. TriEagle does not deny service or require a prepayment or security deposit for service based on Customer’s race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, marital status, lawful source of income, level of income, disability, familial status, location of a customer in an economically distressed geographic area, or qualification for low income or energy efficiency services. Additionally, TriEagle does not use a credit score, a credit history, or utility payment data as the basis for determining the price of electric service for a product with a contract term of twelve (12) months or less.
Antidiscrimination. As a recipient of State Funds, the CCC Office is required to comply with California Government Code Section 11135, which prohibits discrimination against any person under any program or activity that is funded by the state. Contractor agrees to comply with Section 11135 in performing services for the CCC Office.
