ARTICLE   PAYMENT OF WAGES. The Association shall pay salaries and wages in accordance with Appendix attached hereto and forming part of this agreement. On each pay day each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of their wages, overtime, and other supplementary pay and their deductions. The Association may not make deductions from wages or salaries unless authorized by statutes, court order, arbitration order or by this agreement.

ARTICLE   PAYMENT OF WAGES. The payment of wages shall be weekly. In the event of an error on the pay cheque of an employee of seventy-five dollars ($75 gross earnings or more, attributable to the Company, the Company will correct this error on the day following notice, provided that the employee notified management of the error by Eastern Savings Time. In the absence of such a request, the error is corrected on the next pay cheque of the employee. In the case of any error inferior to the above- mentioned amount, the Company shall correct the said error on the next pay cheque of the employee. Error on the Cheque In the event the Company overpays on the pay cheque of an employee, the amount overpaid will be deducted, following notice to the employee, on the next pay cheque of the employee where it is possible to do so after discovery of the error or notice thereof by the employee to the Company, the whole according to the agreement reached between the Company and the employee concerned. Failing such an agreement, the Company will establish the provision of reimbursement, which shall be such that the employee will not have more than thirty percent (30%) of his gross salary deducted per pay, up until such time as the amount overpaid has been reimbursed to the Company. It is agreed that the employee will advise the Company immediately upon discovery of such an error.

ARTICLE   PAYMENT OF WAGES. A detailed statement of earnings shall normally be available for pick-up on the day before pay day. The statement shall show; regular hours worked and rate of pay, overtime hours and overtime rate of pay, the date of the pay period and an itemized list of deductions. It is understood that statutory holiday pay shall be included in the period total regular and/or overtime hours where applicable. Payment of wages upon termination of employment shall be in accordance with the Alberta Employment Standards Code. The Employer shall record on each employee’s annual slip the total amount of Union dues deducted and submitted to the Union on the employee’s behalf. If an employee is underpaid due to an Employer error and the amount of the error is equal to or greater than an average day’s earnings, the Employer shall be sensitive to claims of hardship and shall correct the error as soon as possible, but not later than (72) hours, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays or statutory holidays, of the employee’s claim. The shift premium by housemen shall be included in the employee’s regular earnings, on their pay stub. Consistent with Article the Employer may require employees to work overtime. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ) times the employee’s straight time pay rate and shall to the following:
ARTICLE   PAYMENT OF WAGES. All employees will be paid up-to-date salaries every second Friday with the present method of deductions on the statement por- tion of the pay cheque. When a qualified employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position for a period exceeding one consecutive day, they shall receive the higher rate for the period of such employment, retroactive to the first day. All employees shall be paid, mileage as established by Board Policy for use of their own vehicle in carrying out the business of the Board. The Board agrees that the use of an. employee's vehicle shall not be compulsory.
