Bargaining Unit Reports. On a quarterly basis, the City will provide the CWA with a report/list of all employees in the professional bargaining unit. The report shall be provided to the CWA on the first day of each calendar quarter via electronic mail in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format, sorted alphabetically by employee last name, and shall include the employee’s name, job title, department and division, dues deduction code (Y = dues deduction, N = no dues deduction), job code, employment date, pay grade, and annual base salary.
