Bargaining Unit Rosters. The NEA shall be provided a current bargaining unit roster, upon request, up to two (2) times annually. Such roster shall contain the following information about each employee, listed alphabetically by the employee's name: home address, home telephone number, and job assignment.

Upon the signing of this Agreement by both parties, and quarterly thereafter, KVH will provide the Union with a list of names, employee numbers, employment status, FTE, date of hire, job classification and the rate of pay of those employees covered by this Agreement. The Hospital will provide the Association every three (3) months a complete list of the Bargaining unit membership, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, RN license number, and dates of hire.
Bargaining Unit Rosters. GCTD shall provide to the TEAMSTERS a written list of the name, date of hire, home address, job position, primary telephone number, and status for each bargaining unit member. This list shall be updated monthly to include all new hires and departures from GCTD.
