Calculation of Annual Leave. Annual leave pay shall be calculated as follows and in no case shall the payment by the Employer to an employee be less than the sum of the following amount:
(i) The employee’s ordinary wage rate as prescribed by the Agreement for the period of the annual leave; and
(ii) A further amount calculated at the rate of 17½% of the amount referred to in Clause
Calculation of Annual Leave. 21.1 The parties are jointly committed to addressing the inequities and inconsistencies that can occur in relation to how annual leave is calculated and applied. While every endeavour has been made to find an agreeable solution within the timeframe of this review, it is felt that greater time and resource is needed to achieve the desired outcome. A dedicated joint working group will be convened via the JNC(J) for this purpose.
Calculation of Annual Leave. An Employee's period of Annual Leave will be calculated by rounding to the nearest day.
Calculation of Annual Leave. Pay for annual leave shall be calculated at the rate of remuneration the employee is receiving at the date on which he proceeds on his annual leave: Provided that this shall not be less than the rate prescribed for the relevant category of employee in the relevant Chapter or Division B of the Agreement, and shall be paid to him by the employer on the last working day prior to the beginning of his leave.
Calculation of Annual Leave payment
(a) Subject to paragraph 9.1.6 hereof, the rate of wages to be paid to a shift worker shall be that rate payable in ordinary time according to the employee's roster or projected roster including Saturday, Sunday or holiday shift.
(b) All employees - subject to the provisions of paragraph 9.1.6 hereof, in no case shall the payment by an Employer to an employee be less than the sum of the following amounts:-
(i) The employee's ordinary wage rate as prescribed by the Agreement for the period of the Annual Leave (excluding shift premiums and weekend penalty rates);
(ii) A further amount calculated at the rate of 17 1/2% of the amount referred to in 9.1.5(a) of this paragraph.
Calculation of Annual Leave. In respect to annual leave entitlements to which this clause applies, annual leave pay (including any proportionate payments) shall be calculated as follows:
Calculation of Annual Leave. A week of annual leave pay for full-time employees shall equal forty (40) hours of pay at the employee's regular rate of pay at the time the employee takes the leave. Full time employees must have at least 1,640 hours of paid time as of April 30th each year to qualify for the full amount of annual leave. Full-time employees with less than 1,640 hours of paid time as of April 30th each year will earn annual leave pro-rated based on the average number of hours worked per week in the preceding year. For the purposes of this section, hours spent on Family Medical Leave and Worker’s Compensation shall qualify as “timed worked”.
Calculation of Annual Leave. Payment for annual leave will be calculated as the employee’s ordinary wage rate as prescribed by the agreement for the period of the annual leave (excluding shift premiums and weekend penalty rates) plus 17 ½ %.

a) Shift Workers - Subject to provision (b) hereof the rate of wage to be paid to a shift worker shall be at the rate payable for work in ordinary time according to the Employee’s roster or projected roster, including Saturday, Sunday or public holiday shifts.
b) All Employees - In no case shall the payment by the Company to an Employee be less than the Employee’s ordinary ‘all-purpose’ wage rate as prescribed by this Agreement for the period of Annual Leave.
