Changing. Nurses in Surgical Services and in Operating Suites within units who are required to change at the Medical Center into Medical Center-required clothing will be permitted five (5) minutes at the beginning and end of each shift to change such clothing.
Changing. Employees hereby covered may change a pass day after the schedule has been posted if they receive permission of the shift(s) supervisor of the shift(s) involved.

Due consideration of the employees’ wishes as well as the needs of the department will be taken into account regarding all such requests.

Changing. Employees may trade scheduled workdays after the schedule has been posted, provided they have obtained permission from supervisor(s) of the shifts involved, and provided such trade does not result in payment of overtime to either employee involved.

Due consideration of the employee’s wishes as well as the needs of the department will be taken into account regarding all such requests. The city must give five (5) days’ notice before changing an employee’s posted shift schedule unless otherwise agreed to by the employee. Determination of the shift assignments, starting time of daily, weekly and monthly work schedules, shall be made by the City. Should it be necessary, in the interest of emergency or efficiency, the employee shall work such reasonable overtime hours as shall be required by the City. Employees are expected to complete a definite assignment even though it requires additional hours over the standard duty day. In cases of emergency, employees are expected to return to duty when requested by the Police Chief, City Manager, or their designated representative.
