Co-curricular Positions. Notices advertising all vacancies relating to co- and extra-curricular positions should be posted where these notices would normally be posted. Criteria for filling these positions will not be subject to negotiations. The Board of Education will be able to utilize non-unit school district personnel to perform co- and extra-curricular responsibilities if there are not more qualified volunteers within the teachers unit. Present incumbents of these positions, who are not included within the teachers unit, will be able to maintain their present positions as long as the individuals and the Board of Education so agree.
