Community Advisory Committee. The Board shall establish a Community Advisory Committee consisting of a minimum of seven members and a maximum of eleven members, none of whom may be members of the Board. In appointing members to the Committee, the Board shall use its best efforts to appoint a balanced, diverse group of individuals, a majority of whom represent the interests of customers as ratepayers (both residential and commercial/industrial), and including members having expertise in one or more of the areas of management, administration, finance, or contracts (in either the public or private sector), infrastructure development, renewable power generation, power sales and marketing, energy conservation, public policy development, or public relations. The Board shall publicize the opportunity to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, and shall appoint members of the Community Advisory Committee from those individuals expressing interest in serving, giving a preference to individuals who are customers of the CCA Program. Members of the Community Advisory Committee shall serve staggered four-year terms as determined by the Board of Directors. A member of the Community Advisory Committee may only be removed by the Board of Directors by a two-thirds vote as provided in Section 4.7.5. Each member of the Community Advisory Committee shall have one vote; a majority of members shall constitute a quorum; and a majority of a quorum is sufficient for committee action.
Community Advisory Committee. Contractor shall form a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) pursuant to Title 22 CCR Section 53876 (c) that will implement and maintain community partnerships with consumers, community advocates, and Traditional and Safety- Net providers. Contractor shall ensure that the CAC is included and involved in policy decisions related to Quality Improvement, educational, operational and cultural competency issues affecting groups who speak a primary language other than English.

Community Advisory Committee. 8.1 Establishment and Operation of a Community Advisory Committee: By February 15, 2004, Defendant San Francisco, in collaboration with Plaintiffs’ counsel, will establish a Community Advisory Committee (“CAC”). Membership on the CAC shall consist of at least two members, or 25 percent of CAC members, whichever is greater, designated by Plaintiffs’ Counsel. The first meeting will be held in March, 2004. The CAC shall meet on at least a quarterly basis thereafter and more often if needed to carry out its responsibilities. Meetings shall be open to the public and Plaintiffs’ counsel will be informed of meetings in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance if the meetings are changed from the regularly scheduled quarterly date.

Members of the Community Advisory Committee shall serve staggered four-year terms (the first term of three of the members shall be two years, and four years thereafter), which may be renewed. Key Responsibilities: • Review and recommend strategies, plans, and outcomes identified by the Implementation Subcommittee. • Identify emerging community needs and opportunities to the Steering and Oversight Committee and Implementation Subcommittee. • Serve as the County Budget Advisory Committee (CBAC) for the XXXX beginning in FY 2025-26.31 31 A further sub-committee – the Portland, Gresham/Multnomah County Continuum of Care Board (CoC) – will continue its work. Membership: Recommended and approved by the Steering and Oversight Committee: • Up to 16 members, including at least six with lived experience of homelessness within the last seven years 32 and representation from business, labor, HRS service providers, philanthropy, crisis response, first responders, affordable housing, street outreach/navigation, health, recovery, and/or the Continuum of Care board 33, as well as at least one member from the general public. Meeting cadence: Every other month. Committee members must be Multnomah County residents and will need to disclose any financial conflicts with Multnomah County or other partners.

The Community Advisory Committee shall be responsible for (1) advising the Board on no less than a annual basis as to the efficacy of the Foundation's programs from the communities' perspectives, as well as the communities' priorities for future efforts of the Foundations, and (2) nominating persons to serve on the Board subsequent to the appointment of the initial members of the Post-Closing Board as provided in Section 4.2.2. The Community Advisory Committee shall nominate a number of candidates equal to five (5) times the number of vacancies to be filled. The treatment plan will include goals that you will work toward achieving and will outline the expected time needed to achieve them. Regular meetings will be set to review progress, update goals (if needed) and discuss discharge and transition plans. It will be important for you (and your family/guardian) to attend and participate in your scheduled appointments. Below are different parts of the treatment program and some of the services you might be involved in while in a Live-in or Day Treatment Program at Lutherwood: Needs Assessments are conducted by a clinical staff member and are a way for you and your family to express your wishes about treatment at Lutherwood. The recommendations based on the needs assessment will be shared with you. Educational Programming is provided on-site by teaching staff from the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) and the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. Skills Groups are offered regularly to help you build skills to cope with strong emotions, work on social skills, and develop healthy habits. During group activities, you will learn new skills and then practice them in-the-moment, when situations arise, with the support of staff. Groups are also offered to parents and guardians to grow and develop skills to best support you. Individual Therapy and Counselling involves planned sessions between you and a clinical staff member to provide support and strategies on a one-to-one basis to help you work toward your treatment goals. Family Therapy involves the members of your family and centers around skill building and providing support in the areas of family interaction, roles of family members, coping with and managing strong emotions in the family, and parenting support.
