REQUIREMENTS AND TASKS. Consultant shall provide architectural services to Storefront Improvement Program Applicants in the commercial neighborhoods of the City. Tasks will be assigned by the City on an as- needed basis and rotation basis upon Contractor’s availability.

Contractor shall, through the LGC CivicSpark Fellow Program, provide to the City a Fellow who will organize and conduct a series of stakeholder workshops around key elements of the program for specific audiences (elected officials and businesses), and provide educational opportunities through on-site tours and seminars and outreach at local events (e.g. farmers markets, community group meetings, etc). The stakeholder workshops will provide detailed information on the program activities, how they relate to key policy goals and requirements (e.g. City’s Climate Action Plan, Municipal Energy Strategy, CA AB 802, etc.), and guidance on how to implement similar efforts. The on- site seminars and tours as well as the outreach at local events will provide a more general way for community members – particularly residents – to learn more about policy goals; access city, utility, and state energy programs; and respond to City requirements such as the municipal energy disclosure and conservation ordinance. The City plans to share these results more widely through LGC’s statewide network of local governments.
REQUIREMENTS AND TASKS. Financial Audit. A financial audit shall be conducted pursuant to the requirements set forth in California Government Code section 53398.66(j)(1). Audits shall meet required standards as revised by Generally Accepted Audit Standards (GAAS) guidelines and Generally Accepted Governmental Auditing Standards (GAGAS), as issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. to:
1.1. Express an opinion on the Authority’s compliance requirements of the laws, regulations, contracts and grants applicable to the Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District;
1.2. Provide an accompanying schedule of findings, recommendations and questioned costs, if any.

Phase 1: Assess Key Providers, Materials, Facilities, Processes and Applications in the Tungsten Material Supply Chain
Task 1.1: Supply Chain Strategy Report
REQUIREMENTS AND TASKS. Consultant shall provide the following services as described below, and as requested by the City:
1. Generate data and information for the City to make decisions directly impacting public safety.
2. Develop multiple options for the City to utilize and/or implement in the event of non-compliance of the City’s EMS ambulance Contractor.
3. Evaluate any requests for contract adjustments by the City’s current EMS Contractor.
4. Determine EMS system value within the City of San Diego.
5. Based on Consultant’s determination of EMS system value, develop a long-term deployment plan or plans to ensure a stable emergency ambulance system to the City. The plan(s) shall include, but not be limited to:
a. An option for ambulance subcontractor's in-house deployment using City employees.
b. An option for a hybrid (Alliance) system and other innovative deployment models not listed above. All deployment models shall include a complete financial assessment including a five-year revenue and expense projection, risk assessment, start-up cost estimate, and staffing needs.

Contractor shall provide professional training developed and maintained by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Management Institute for planning and preparation for disasters. All instructors providing training on behalf of Contractor shall be certified by any applicable licensing or certification body. Contractor shall provide the appropriate certifications or licenses to City prior to conducting any training.
REQUIREMENTS AND TASKS. California Firefighter Joint Apprentice Committee shall:
1. Perform a transportability study specifically for Fire Rescue, for the Cal-JAC entry-levelfirefighter candidate written exam. The following components will be included:
a. Fire Rescue Department demographic information;
b. Job, knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics analysis;
c. Survey of Fire Rescue Department members that are familiar with the written testto determine if it is appropriate (transportable) for the department. The transportability study and the development of the written exam must be conducted with the participation and input of Fire Rescue and Personnel Departmentemployees selected by each Department..
2. Administer an entry-level firefighter candidate written exam, developed and validated bythe Cal-JAC. Test administration includes the following:
a. Designing, printing, proofing, and shipping testing materials and supplies;
b. Provide one (1) lead ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and one (1) administrative staff (including all travel,per diem, lodging, etc.);

d. All test papers and materials relative to the development and administration of theexamination, with the exception of test booklets, must be retained for a period of five years. Upon request, documentsmust be turned over to the City of San Diego Personnel Department. The City shall:
1. Secure and pay for a testing facility on City property with multimedia capabilities. TheCity facility must meet minimum criteria specified by the Cal-JAC;
2. Provide an adequate number of proctors for each test day.
