Contractor Furnished Equipment. 8.1 You shall furnish, install, operate, and maintain in an acceptable manner all equipment, materials, and supplies that are not specified as furnished by the Court Service Management (Government) but are required by you for performance under this Agreement. Equipment must be maintained in a serviceable condition in keeping with generally accepted practices and/or the manufacturer’s recommendations for the particular type of equipment. 8.2 You shall provide to the Government all manufacturers manuals, documents and literature pertaining to the operation and safety of Equipment including any updates concerning same during the Term of this Agreement.

Contractor Furnished Equipment. 1. Contractor Furnished Items. Chemicals/Cleaning Supplies listed in TE D, Expendable Durable Supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all cleaning supplies required.
Contractor Furnished Equipment. Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) employed for remote access to a Government network must meet or exceed equivalent Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) cyber security computing requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that all CFE (hardware and software) employed to access these environments meet the following minimum Government cyber security requirements and provide periodic certification of compliance as a pre-requisite to being granted net-work access. a) Use of personally-owned systems is prohibited; b) Operating systems and applications must be configured for compliance with the applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs); c) DoD approved anti-virus and anti-spyware software must be installed and signatures must be configured to automatically update on a daily basis; d) DoD approved host-level firewall must be utilized and configured to permit traffic by exception only, dropping all other traffic. If the host-level firewall provides intrusion detection or prevention, the signatures or rules must be updated at the same intervals as the antivirus software; e) Computers must be Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliant; f) Computers must be scanned with the currently approved DoD scanner solution at a minimum of every 30 days. All vulnerabilities must be remediated and reported to the cognizant Information Assurance Manager; g) Contractor employees must possess a current Government issued Common Access Card (CAC) and install Government certified CAC readers; and h) Verification of compliance with these requirements must be provided to an appointed Government representative on a monthly basis. Section D - Packaging and Marking D.1 All unclassified data and deliverable contract line items shall be preserved, packaged, packed and marked and must conform to normal commercial packing standards to assure safe delivery at destination. D.2 Classified reports, data, and documentation shall be prepared for shipment in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5220.22-M dated February 28, 2006 and the DD 254 - Contract Security Classification Specification. Contractor Furnished Equipment. (a) The Contractor shall furnish equipment that is not owned by the agency and available at the base to store, mix, load, and handle the retardant product. A contractor-furnished equipment list shall be submitted with the proposal. See Attachment 3 – Exhibit J-1 – Facility, Government & Contractor Equipment for a list of Government Furnished equipment. The following equipment may be required, but is not limited to: (1) Handling Equipment. Forklifts for handling dry products. (2) Mixing Equipment. Eductor or batch mixer, vari-blender or orifice blender whichever is applicable.
Contractor Furnished Equipment. 1) CONTRACTOR shall provide a snow tractor capable of accomplishing all contract specifications. It shall have implements that can plow, till and pack snow. The snow tractor shall have a front blade capable of cutting a minimum 12-foot wide trail in a single pass and will be further equipped with a hydraulically powered “snow tiller” of the same width. The snow tractor shall also be equipped with a drag implement and compaction bar. 2) The snow tractor shall operate with flashing, amber warning lights that can be seen from the front and rear of the unit and shall operate with them on at all times. 3) The snow tractor shall be equipped with headlights for grooming at night and during storms. 4) CONTRACTOR shall have a radio communication system to contact a base station at the COUNTY via the Sheriff’s operational frequency, USFS, and Grass Valley ECC. 5) CONTRACTOR shall contact the COUNTY if down time is anticipated to exceed four (4) consecutive days, and shall have an explanation for delay in writing. The COUNTY may have grooming performed during down time by other methods. CONTRACTOR shall be liable for the difference in grooming costs between the contract rate and the cost for grooming by other methods as determined by the COUNTY. 6) CONTRACTOR shall supply his or her own service vehicle and fuel. Little Truckee Summit, Yuba Pass, and Xxxxxxx OHV are trailheads providing good access for refueling. The snow tractor is required to have fuel capacity for 12 hours of continuous operation. The snow tractor must have a minimum of 240 horsepower, be equipped with at least an 8-way blade, and be in good operating condition. 7) CONTRACTOR shall carry appropriate survival gear on the snow tractor at all times. 8) The snow tractor equipment shall be capable of creating a flat, smooth, and safe trail: minimum 12 feet wide through diverse snow conditions (drifts, side hills, uneven terrain, rain encrusted/frozen snow surfaces, holes, etc.). 9) The snow tractor shall be equipped with exterior rearview mirrors, backup alarm, hour meter, windshield wipers, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. 10) The snow tractor shall be equipped with a cab capable of carrying two (2) operators and necessary equipment.
Contractor Furnished Equipment. 1. Equipment shall be furnished on a fully-operational basis, in good operating condition, with a competent, fully qualified operator. Equipment of a low ground pressure type, not exceeding a ground pressure of 8 psi, is preferred. 1. The Contractor shall furnish all fuel, lubricants, and personnel necessary for the operation of the equipment. All repairs, service and replacements are the responsibility of the Contractor and shall be at the Contractor's expense. If, during the contract period, the equipment requires repairs before operations can continue, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to complete such repairs. Contractor Furnished Equipment. 1. The Contractor must maintain safe and sufficient equipment to meet the requirements of the work. The equipment must be in satisfactory operating condition and capable of safely and efficiently performing the work set forth herein. The equipment will be subject to inspection by the Geologist prior to awarding of the contract, prior to each Call-Up, and always at the work site. 2. Equipment determined by the Geologist to be unsafe, unsatisfactory, inefficient, or any combination thereof, will be removed from the work site and replaced, within two working days, by adequate equipment at no additional cost to the State. The Geologist may suspend or stop the work at a site immediately at no additional cost to the State if the Geologist believes the Contractor’s equipment is unsafe. Upon resolution of the unsafe situation, the Geologist will direct the Contractor to commence work again. 3. Specific equipment required to perform work during a Call-Up under this contract will be described and listed in a letter to the Contractor, which will be furnished to the Contractor by the State at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the Call-Up, unless a shorter notice is mutually agreed upon. 4. All equipment described and listed in a Call-Up letter will be delivered to the work site on the first day of the Call-Up and remain available for use throughout the duration of the Call-Up. The Geologist may suspend or stop the work at a site immediately at no additional cost to the State if the Geologist believes the Contractor has not delivered requested equipment or supplies to the site. Upon resolution of delivering equipment and supplies to the site, the Geologist may direct the Contractor to commence work again. 5. A printed copy of each Call-Up letter will be provided to the Driller by the Contractor prior to arriving at the job site, and that copy of the letter will remain available at the job site for the duration of the Call-Up.

Equipment and material to be furnished by the contractor shall include but not be limited to the following: a. Complete uniforms for all employees. b. Police-type equipment belt. c. If requested, regular side arms for certified guards (9mm service-type pistols and non-lethal weapons), and basic load of ammunition.

As required for performance of individual Task Orders (Tos), the contractor shall furnish all necessary materials and equipment to perform work required by this contract. Connection hoses between system and pumping station shall be 150 pound petroleum transfer hose, or equal wire reinforced with stainless steel fittings and adequate size to accomplish cold chemical cleaning in a timely manner. C.4.2. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to maintain all Contractor furnished equipment properly calibrated, tested and in a state of repair that, ready for use, to the extent necessary to avoid impacting the performance requirements of this contract. C.4.3. All contractor furnished cleaning equipment such as hoses, valves, and filters shall be neatly routed out of walkways and pose no trip hazards to ship's forces. Contractor shall furnish hose trees to ensure equipment is out of the way, and line and plastic wrap joints to prevent leaks at hose connections. C.4.4. The contractor shall provide air boundaries/barriers on all external ship accesses when hoses passing through accesses prevent closing of all existing doors, hatches or scuttles. These boundaries are to be installed especially during cold or wet weather.
Contractor Furnished Equipment. Contractor furnished equipment for the performance of the Agreement shall be free of conditions which violate the Occupational Safety and Health Act or its applicable standards.
