Contractor's Plant and Equipment. When applicable All plant, equipment, and methods to be used by the Contractor shall be subject to approval by the Engineer and Amtrak/MNRR (when applicable for projects over railroads) at all times during the work; however, approval of the equipment shall not be construed as including the approval of the performance thereof. Additional equipment and methods shall be provided when ordered by the Engineer if required to perform the work satisfactorily according to the Specifications. For work on water, the barge, boat, or other float shall be securely anchored. If drilling equipment for track level work consists of hi-rail, truck mounted drilling equipment, only one track will be shut down at a time, as such the equipment must allow a train to pass on an adjacent track. All equipment used within the Amtrak/MNRR right-of–way must be pass inspection by the Railroad prior to mobilization to the site. Access for hi-rail equipment will be as directed by the railroad company The Contractor shall be required at all times when the work is in progress to have a minimum of one (1) drilling rig with a complete crew at the site and engaged in field operations. The Contractor shall submit in writing, upon request of the Engineer, a schedule of operations for the work. The Engineer shall be notified at least 48 hours in advance of deviations from the schedule and such deviations shall be subject to the approval of the Engineer.

Contractor's Plant and Equipment. The Contractor shall furnish modern plant and equipment as necessary to perform the Work in a manner satisfactory to RMWD and in accordance with the Contract Documents, types and designs that comply with the requirements of Article 13 and with the requirements prescribed by laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, and orders pertaining to wind and seismic forces at the place of the Project. Construction equipment or machinery that at any time produces unsatisfactory results shall be promptly repaired or replace by the Contractor and as RMWD may require.
Contractor's Plant and Equipment. Contractor shall furnish all tools and equipment necessary and appropriate for the timely and safe completion of the Services. Contractor shall be responsible for damage to or destruction or loss of, from any cause whatsoever, all tools and equipment owned, rented or leased by Contractor. Contractor shall maintain and return in the same condition as received any such equipment, tools, rigging, blocking, hoists or scaffolding, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Contractor assumes all responsibility for and agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from and against any and all Losses arising out of or resulting from such use. This Section shall not be construed or deemed to permit any such use by Contractor without the prior written consent of Company. Contractor shall not use Company’s equipment, tools, rigging, blocking, hoists or scaffolding without Company’s prior written consent. Contractor details of all major Equipment (including operating envelopes and performance specifications) to be used in the performance of the Services including the current location of the Equipment and allowed durations and methods for mobilizing to Site are included in Exhibit A-4. Other than where specifically stated as provided by Company, Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary plant and Equipment (including all mobile and fixed Equipment, all temporary construction Equipment, all scaffolding, formwork and the like Equipment) preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs and all associated spare parts and consumables for its Equipment. Contractor's Plant and Equipment. Insurance covering loss or damage to the Contractor’s plant and equipment used in connection with the Works provided under this Contract (including property which is hired, leased or for which the Contractor is legally or contractually obligated to insure). The Contractor must ensure that all other contractors engaged or managed by the Contractor are similarly insured in accordance with this Clause 10.2. The insurance required by this clause must note the Company as an interested party under the policy.

Contractor's Plant and Equipment. All machinery, equipment and materials to carry out the drilling, test pumping, well-head construction, etc. as specified in the BoQ are to be mobilized to the site. Test Pumping equipment should be independent from the drilling rig (s). At the start of the contract the IOM technical supervisor will verify the specifications and state of repair of all major items of plant. He shall have the right to order the removal and/or replacement of any plant that in his opinion is insufficient or unsatisfactory.
