Description of Work Required. The Descriptors align to and operate in conjunction with the Classification Definitions set out at Schedule A of the Higher Education Industry General Staff Award 2020. Positions will be classified in accordance with the Descriptors.
Description of Work Required. The Consultant/Contractor shall provide design services for the Village of Xxxxxxxx Planning and Community Development Department specifically, the development of a unified Development Ordinance (UDO), RFP # 2024-01, and amendments if any, said work being hereinafter referred to as the “Work”. The solicitation and amendments of any are hereby incorporated by reference herein; the Consultant/Contractor is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, superintendence, delivery, and platform of all essential services to complete the Work at no additional costs to the Village.
Description of Work Required. Work required includes activities described in the Scope of Services and may include, but not be limited to, the following:
a) Complete damage assessment and engineering, if needed
b) Provision of physical security measures to all damaged areas
c) On-site capability to secure a roof, doors, and windows for single family dwellings before leaving the scene
d) Provision of site security and install temporary fencing if needed.
Description of Work Required. Manufacturing of new MCDM and the storage of materiel (both new and extended materiel). The storage requirement encompasses receipt processing, storage (i.e. vault, refrigeration, controlled room temp), record keeping, Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), remarking, assembly, packing, and shipment.
A. The Army intends to store:
(1) A maximum of 3 DRBs of new materiel (not extended materiel). Each DRB consists of 15,000 Mark I Kits, 5,000 CANA and 1,000 packages of PBT.
(2) 1 DRB of extended materiel that has been remarked.
Description of Work Required. The Contractor shall be required to manufacture new autoinjectors and store/maintain autoinjectors (both new and extended materiel) and component parts (includes labels and packaging for Army SLEP material, boxes for Army UDP, and DSCP pre-stock components). The storage requirement encompasses receipt processing, storage (i.e. vault, refrigeration, and controlled room temperature), record-keeping, Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS). Re-labeling/over-labeling, assembling and packing will be performed upon receipt of a Delivery Order based on a funded Army requisition passed through the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). These costs will be as listed on page 55. These represent ceiling costs until they are audited by DCAA. Material shall be shipped as stated in this SOW.
A. The Army intends to store:
(1) A maximum of three (3) DFPs of new materiel (not extended expiration-dated materiel). Each DFP consists of 15,000 Antidote Kit Nerve Agent (Mark I Kits), 5,000 Diazepam Injectors (CANA) and 1,000 packages of Pyridostgmine Bromide Tablets (PBT).
(2) One (1) DFP of extended expiration dated materiel that has been re-labeled (CANA and Pralidoxime Chloride/2-PXX) and over-labeled (Atropine).
(3) MNBCDM to support the UDP Medical P&D Program. The items under this program are the Atropine Autoinjectors, CANA, Morphine Sulfate Injectors, and Pralidoxime Chloride Injectors (2-Pxx). UDP materiel, i.e., CANA, Atropine and 2-PXX, having an expiration date, will be re-labeled/over-labeled as the expiration date is extended. Current Morphine Sulfate assets have a date of manufacture and will require the “RX Only” statement applied to each unit of issue (EA) in the event release is required to meet emergency or contingency situations. New Morphine Sulfate assets will have a date of manufacture and/or date of expiration and the Rx Only statement on the label. When the date of manufacture requirement is replaced with the date of expiration per FDA Regulatory Affairs, the injector shall be over-labeled when the expiration date is extended.
(4) MNBCDM in the Shelf Life Extension Program (SLEP). This materiel will only be re-labeled/over-labeled when notified by the Army Program Manager, Materiel Management Division (MCMR-MMS-M) and upon receipt of a Delivery Order based on funded Army requisitions passed through the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). The meeting should include primary subcontractors, if known. • Implement and manage an active risk management process with the project team to assess risks, opportunities, and benefits while controlling the project’s cost and schedule. The risk management process should include a working risk register managed by the CM/GC to track the risks, opportunities, and impacts. • Participate in scheduled project team meetings or conference calls with the designer, subcontractors, ICE, NCDOT, and third-party stakeholdersto identify issues, constraints, and mitigation opportunities. The meetings could be as frequently as weekly, depending on the need at the particular time of the pre-construction phase. • Participate in scheduled executive level meetings or conference calls with the designer’s principal, CM/GC’s principal, ICE’s principal, and NCDOT executive management to provide a project status and identify high-level issues requiring executive attention. These meetings could be as frequently as bi-weekly, depending on the need. • Provide open-book examination of an open cost model by NCDOT. • Actively participate in reviews of the construction documents to discuss cost and schedule optimization of the design. Formulate and evaluate alternative designs, systems and materials, and provide input on accelerated construction techniques. • Participate in the project public involvement process which may include, but is not limited to,public informational meetings, meetings with state, county and town officials, and meetings with local businesses and community groups. • Review the Designer developed Preliminary construction documents and work with the project team to develop the construction phasing for the project. Identify potential constructability issues and risks.
