Dossier. This refers to the material described in Article 26.15.
Dossier. Throughout this process, the faculty member may append additional material to his/her dossier only under the following guidelines: • The only “additional material” that may be submitted is an update on a change in status or achievement relevant to documents already submitted or referred to in the dossier, such as an article accepted for publication that is referred to as under review, or a grant being funded. Such material may only be submitted prior to March 15, the time that the Xxxxxxx initiates review. Such material shall be submitted to the Xxxx who shall ensure its placement in the dossier. • Material that provides evidence to support a claim in the rebuttal and that was not submitted in the original dossier may be attached to and submitted with the rebuttal. • Additional submissions and rebuttals will be added as identified attachments to the dossier, such as a tab or site labeled “rebuttal” or “additions.” The main dossier, once submitted, may not be changed.
Dossier. Applicants shall prepare a dossier documenting their academic and professional records in terms of the qualifications by rank outlined in Article 8. It is the applicant’s responsibility to see that the dossier includes all information to be considered. All information on which tenure recommendations and decisions are to be based, including substance and sources, shall be added to the dossier. No anonymous or unverified material will be admitted for consideration or added to a dossier. Applicants shall be informed of all additions to the dossier. Departments, Deans/Directors, and the Faculty Tenure Committee can only add new information to the dossier, other than their recommendations (as required in Articles 12.3 and 12.4), with agreement of the applicant. The contents of this dossier shall be available for inspection by the Department, the Faculty/Unit Tenure Committee, the Xxxx/Director, the University Tenure Committee, and the Vice-President at the appropriate stages of deliberation. Applicants have the right to request, in writing, to the Xxxx/Director that material be removed from their dossier. Any disputes between the applicant and the Xxxx/Director on the removal of material from the applicant’s dossier will be referred to the Joint Administrative Committee for resolution. Applicants have the right to inspect their dossier at any point, and to rebut any item. The applicant’s additions to the dossier are restricted to rebuttals, changes in status, or clarification, but not content, of extant materials included when the dossier was originally submitted. The contents of the original dossier must be itemized by the applicant. All additions to the dossier, including sources and dates, must also be itemized. Once it has been submitted, the applicant’s Xxxx/Director is responsible for maintaining the dossier and informing the applicant of any additions. For the duration of the University Tenure Committee deliberations, the applicant’s dossier shall be housed in the office of the Xxxx of the Faculty/School of the Chair of the University Tenure Committee. For the duration of the Vice-President’s deliberations, the applicant’s dossier shall be housed in the Office of the Vice-President. For the duration of the University Tenure Appeals Committee deliberations, the applicant’s dossier shall be housed in the Office of the President. Dossier. The referees shall be directed to evaluate separately the candidate’s Research and Teaching with respect to whether the candidate has attained an established record of excellence, or whether the candidate has attained an established record of continuing high quality, or whether the candidate has fallen short of establishing a record of continuing high quality. Referees shall not be asked to make a recommendation either for or against promotion.

1. Submission letter by the PPC Chairperson requesting for project incorporation into the biomass energy development and utilization plan.
2. Basic information on the investor: legal status documentation, business registration, key personnel, project implementation experience and financial/technical capabilities, including a list of completed projects (including industrial and power projects if any).
3. Information on the proposed biomass power project
a) Type of biomass to be used and potential supply;
b) Necessity of project investment, advantages and constraints, and practices for the exploitation and utilization of national resources (if any);
c) Project description: location, scale and project construction area, and project’s works categories; items of industry-based and local construction planning;
d) Preliminary implementation solutions, including: technical plans, technology and capacity; technical infrastructure connection option(s); equipment installation option(s); implementation progress and project management method; general option(s) for resettlement compensation and technical infrastructure support plan (if any); cost plan(s) and option(s); dd) Environmental impact assessment, fire prevention and firefighting solutions, and requirements for security and national defense;
e) Total project investment volume; potential capital mobilization, capital sources and progress-based financing capacity; analysis and assessment of the project’s financial-economic and social efficiencies.
4. Opinions of the regional Electric Power Corporation or power transmission entity (if connected to the power transmission system) on the dossier requesting for project incorporation into the plan.
