Should there be a conflict between this Contract and any such policy or practice, then the terms of this Contract shall prevail.

EFFECTS AND DURATION OF CONTRACT. A. This Contract shall be in effect from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022. B. In the event that any provision or any part of a provision of this Contract shall at any time be declared invalid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not invalidate the entire agreement, it being the express intent of the parties hereto that all provisions, or any part of the provisions, not so declared invalid shall remain in full force and effect. C. The Board of Education shall change its personnel policies and practices as may be necessary in order to give full force and effect to this contract. Should there be a conflict between this contract and any such policy or practice, then the terms of this Contract shall prevail. D. Individual contracts of employment with members of the bargaining unit shall in all respects be consistent with this contract which shall be deemed incorporated by reference in such individual contracts. If the parties voluntarily decide to negotiate a change in this Agreement during its term, the amendment shall not become effective unless it is reduced to writing and properly approved, signed, and dated by both parties. EFFECTS AND DURATION OF CONTRACT. A. Effects of Contract The terms of this Contract shall be from August 15, 2019 through August 14, 2022. B. Terms and Conditions of Contract The terms and conditions as set forth in this Contract indicate the understanding that exists between the parties to this Contract; however, it is further agreed that nothing contained in said Contract should be interpreted to deny the Association or the staff members of any rights, benefits, privileges, etc., that might be forthcoming as the result of laws of the State of Ohio and any legal precedence of such laws unless an included provision has been expressly composed to alter a provision of law in accordance with ORC 4117.10 (A).
EFFECTS AND DURATION OF CONTRACT. A. The terms of the contract shall be effective from September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2020. B. The negotiated agreement along with all articles and salary schedules will be printed in sufficient quantities that all employees may have copies. Printing shall be shared by the Association and the Board and the Association will handle distribution to members of the bargaining unit. C. For the 2017-18 school year the Board may reopen negotiations for insurance, if their insurance premium costs exceed an 8% increase from the prior year. E. For the 2018-19 school year the Board may reopen negotiations for insurance, if their insurance premiums costs exceed an 8% increase from the prior year. F. For the 2019-20 school year the Board may reopen negotiations for insurance, if their insurance premiums costs exceed an 8% increase from the prior year.
