Email Use. 3.1 You shall not send e-mail to any person who does not wish to receive it. You must comply with any request that you stop sending e-mails to any person.
3.2 You shall not send, distribute or reply to mailbombs. “Mailbombing” is defined as either e-mailing copies of a single message to many users, or sending large or multiple files or messages to a single user with malicious intent.
Email Use. The Parties agree the following conditions regarding access and use of the Agency’s e- mail system for internal Union business:
a. Union Officers and Stewards shall have authorization to post short e-mail message notices to Agency union members only.
b. E-mail messages shall be limited to: meeting announcements of time, date, location and general content or agenda of Union meetings or functions; or, internal Union officer elections and Union appointments.
c. The use of e-mail for Union business shall consist of one-way communication between the Union and members, that is, there shall be no use of e-mail for interactive communication. Each e-mail message sent shall include the statement: “DO NOT RESPOND to this message; this is a non-interactive message.” prominently displayed at the beginning of the message. (Note: listing recipients in the “Bcc” address block instead of the “To” block will prevent inadvertent reply to all messages.)
d. E-mail shall not be used to lobby, solicit, recruit, persuade or advocate for or against any political candidate, ballot measure, legislative xxxx or law, or to initiate or coordinate strikes, walkouts, work stoppages, or activities that violate the collective bargaining agreement.
e. E-mail shall not contain false, unlawful, offensive or derogatory statements against any person, organization or group of persons. Statements shall not contain profanity, vulgarity, sexual content, character slurs, threats or threats of violence. The content of e-mail shall not contain rude or hostile references to race, marital status, age, gender, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs, national origin, health or disability.
f. It is understood that the use of e-mail for Union business is not private, privileged or confidential, and that the news media or others may be able to obtain copies of e-mail either sent or received on Agency computers. Further, the agency reserves the right to trace, review, audit, access, intercept, recover or monitor its e-mail system without notice.
g. The Union use of e-mail will not adversely affect the use of the Agency’s computer system for agency business.
h. The Agency will not incur any costs for Union e-mail usage including printing of e-mails. The Agency has no obligation to provide access to e-mail where it is not currently available.
i. Use of e-mail for internal Union business shall be done on the Union Officer or Xxxxxxx’x own time and not on Agency time. Employees reading Union business ...
Email Use. Checking work email is a work duty to be done on work time and employees will be provided time within an employee’s scheduled workday. This scheduled time will not be adjacent to recess duty. Should employees have concerns, they may request the Building Administrator’s assistance in scheduling this time.
Email Use. AFSCME-designated employee representatives may use their University e-mail account for the purpose of conducting union business which is specifically authorized by Article 9 –
Email Use. Designated Union stewards may use their University email account for the purpose of conducting Union business in conformance with applicable University policy regarding electronic mail/electronic communications.
Email Use. 4.1 CLIENT may not send, propagate or reply to emails in any way that may be unlawful. CLIENT must avoid sending further emails to a user after receiving a request to stop that activity.
4.2 Violations of NOVOSERVE’s AUP outlined in this document can sometimes result in massive numbers of email responses. If a CLIENT receives so much email that NOVOSERVE resources are affected, NOVOSERVE staff may block access to CLIENT's equipment at the router and/or switch level.
Email Use. 14.1 The school provides school email addresses for pupils in Year 3 – Year 6 to promote safe and efficient communication in the school. Pupil email accounts are provided by the Head of Computing and ICT.
14.2 All staff are expected to use email professionally and responsibly. See Annex 7 for further details.

When you enroll in the Services, you will have access to your Account information online, with the capability to automatically send a message to the BANK by clicking the contact us tab at the top right side of the page. You will be asked to designate a primary email address, which we will use to send documents and messages electronically as provided in this agreement. We will not send confidential account information by email such as account numbers, without partially blocking the number to avoid disclosure of this information to third parties. We recommend that you do not send any confidential information about your accounts over the Internet. We will not send email to you requesting confidential information such as account numbers or personal Identification numbers. If you receive such an email that claims to be from or authorized by Highpoint Community Bank, DO NOT RESPOND to the email and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY by calling (000) 000-0000 and ask for Online Banking Support. Your Password - For security purposes, you are required to change your password upon your initial login to SYSTEM. You determine what password you will use and the identity of your password is not communicated to us. You agree that we are authorized to act on instructions received under your password. You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and security of your password and agree to change your password regularly. Unsuccessful attempts to gain access to SYSTEM with an invalid password may lock you out of SYSTEM. To re-establish your authorization to use SYSTEM, you must contact us to have your password reset or to obtain a new temporary password. Minimum password requirements are enforced when setting your password. Your password should not be associated with any commonly known personal identification, such as social security numbers, address, date of birth, names of children, and should be memorized rather than written down. To enhance security we may request periodic password changes.
