Hours of Work Article. For nurses working ten hour tours, a regular day tour shall be comprised of paid hours, which shall include minutes of paid break time and minutes of unpaid break time. Hours of Work Article. (a) The provisions of Article apply to Temporary Employees who are employed in a Full-time capacity. The provisions of Clauses apply to Temporary Employees who are employed in a Part-time capacity. The provisions as outlined below apply to casual Employees: Time off duty for meals will not be considered as working time and will not be less than one-half hour in each If an Employee is recalled to duty during a meal break, compensating time shall be provided later in the shift or paid to the Employee at overtime rates.   • ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. Subject to Article below:
