Equipment and Access. Contractor shall adequately protect the property of the City as well as its own equipment and take all necessary precautions while performing the services contracted hereunder to protect all persons and property from damage or loss. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions for the safety of its employees and the City’s employees and shall comply with all applicable provisions of the federal, state, and local safety laws and building codes to prevent accidents and injury to persons on, about, or adjacent to the premises where services are being performed. Contractor shall post all applicable signage and other warning devices necessary to protect against potential hazards resulting from the performance of the services contracted hereunder.
Equipment and Access. Section 1 - General: Recognizing that the success of the Club is dependent on satisfying the needs and desires of the membership; a variety of aircraft and support equipment must be acquired, maintained and disposed of; as these needs and desires arise and/or change. As such, the Directors are authorized to make all repairs and upgrades within their obligation authority outlined in Article X of these Bylaws.
Section 2 - Equipment Review Committee: The Board of Directors may appoint an Equipment Review Committee for all purchases and sales that require approval of a majority of the membership with the responsibilities outlined in the “Directions for Managers” document in order to make a recommendation to the members.

We are not accepting any responsibility to archive your statement beyond the time required by applicable law. You understand that you must complete the entire registration process to affirm your ability to receive, open and view your eStatement electronically.
Equipment and Access. Seller, at its expense, will provide suitable load-out and storage facilities for the Corn Oil at the Ethanol Plant. Soy Energy and its employees, agents, and contractors will be given reasonable access to the loading and storage facilities at the Ethanol Plant to meet its removal obligations in an efficient and expeditious manner. Seller agrees to advise Soy Energy when it encounters an access problem and Seller shall then have a reasonable period of time in which to remedy the problem.
Equipment and Access. (a) Unless otherwise agreed with Us in writing, You may only access the Service with Axxxxved Devices and SIMs approved by Us. You must be Connected to access the Service.
(b) You agree that Your ability to use a Service and each of its features will depend on the features and functionality of Your Approved Device. Not all Approved Devices have the features and functionality that are required to use all features of the Service.
(c) We will not be responsible for any harm You suffer from a virus or other manipulating program which infiltrates Your Approved Device whether it was transmitted via the Service or otherwise and You remain responsible for all Charges for the Use of the Service activated by such virus or program.
Equipment and Access. 13.1 Interoute may require to locate Equipment on the Customer’s premises to enable Interoute to provide the Services. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Interoute the right to locate, install and operate such Equipment at the Customer’s premises and shall provide Interoute, its employees, representatives and authorised agents, as may be reasonably required, access to the Equipment via the Interoute network or otherwise, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in accordance with the access procedures agreed between the Parties.
13.2 Customer shall furnish reasonable, appropriate environmental conditions for the Equipment (including, without limitation, protection from weather, security, availability of power, including a back-up generator, ventilation, heating, and cooling). If Customer reasonably requires to temporarily disconnect the power supply to the Equipment, except in an emergency, Customer will give Interoute at least fourteen (14) written days notice in advance of such disconnection and will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure minimum disruption. Interoute shall not be liable for disruption to Services under this clause.
13.3 The Customer undertakes (a) not to replace Equipment located on the Customer premises, (b) not to make any modification, alteration or connection to the same other than by prior agreement in writing with Interoute nor (c) make any disconnection therefrom otherwise than in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
13.4 Ownership and title in Equipment provided by Interoute under this Agreement shall at all time remain with Interoute and the Customer shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to prevent third parties from asserting any rights in relation to such Equipment.
13.5 On the expiry or termination of a relevant Purchase Order or this Agreement, the Customer shall allow Interoute reasonable access, without charge, to its premises to recover the Equipment.

You further agree to and accept that the ability to use the Service and associated features will depend upon the features and functionality of your hardware, as well as our Network. You may purchase equipment from engin for use in connection with the Service. The manufacturer’s warranty in any such equipment, and title to that equipment passes to you when you pay for it. Equipment and Access a. In addition to the fees set forth above, Customer will pay the applicable fees (not included here) for the gateway, access or transport service (e.g., port and permanent virtual circuit charges), CPE, or any other services or equipment not explicitly described as part of the A LA CARTE pricing. Such fees will be described in the separate contract for the attendant service and/or CPE.
b. A LA CARTE pricing does not include Verizon Internet Dedicated or Private IP Service which must be purchased separately by Customer as transport for use with IP Integrated Access VoIP Service.
