Event Coordination. Event coordination includes providing designated Logistical Support Packages (LSP), advising Unit Ministry Team (UMT)s on venue selection, ensuring proper childcare ratios as required by Army Directive 2014-23 Conduct of Screening and Background Checks for Individuals Who Have Regular Contact With Children in Army Programs, timely correspondence with UMTs, and reporting on event status within Army designated systems.
Event Coordination. The Client must appoint a single representative to instruct The University on the details of the Event. Only that individual may request changes to any of the arrangements outlined in this Agreement. All arrangements should be finalized no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first date of the Event. Any additions, changes or deletions to set up arrangements received less than 14 days prior to the event are subject to approval by the Director of Conference Services & University Scheduling and may be subject to additional charges.
Event Coordination. Licensee shall, as required by LHBX, complete an LHBX Event Hosting Agreement. This event planning and coordination document sets forth Licensee's requirements regarding: space layout and set-up, event hours and dates, attendees, seating, equipment needs, parking, security, loading/unloading needs, utilities, telecommunications, catering and audio/visual equipment. Upon completion and signature of the event resume by Licensee and approval and acceptance by the Licensor, Licensee's event resume shall become an amendment to this Agreement.
Event Coordination. On the day of the event a site manager will be present to assist with your reservation, proportionate to the type of rental you have confirmed. Full Day Eight Hour event rentals will receive 10 hours of site management and Part Day Four Hour event rentals will receive 5 hours of site management. Events requiring extra site management need to be arranged in advance and will be charged an additional fee. Prior to your event a date and timeframe may be coordinated for you and your contracted vendors to visit the Property. The availability of visits to the Property prior to the event date are at the sole discretion of the Lessor.
Event Coordination. For the 2 and 4 hr package, it is a required condition that you obtain a qualified planner or coordinator that is, at a minimum, responsible for setup, directing the event and any rehearsal (if applicable), managing vendors and rentals, and breaking down the event to ensure the Arboretum is returned to its original state. Any new coordinators must meet with our Special Event Program Coordinator no later than 60 days prior to the event. Failure to acquire a qualified event coordinator will result in a loss of deposit. Smoking: Smoking of any kind including vaping is strictly prohibited. Violation of our non-smoking policy
Event Coordination. Management's Community Manager will coordinate all Association sponsored special events with the Association's designated chairperson for the event. The Manager will provide such administrative and management support as is practical and consistent with the Manager's other assigned duties. Management will not be responsible for hosting the event or ensuring that the event has a suitable number of volunteers to help with the event. Management will field telephone calls from individuals wanting to participate as volunteers and pass information on to the designated chairperson of such event. Management will also assist in the contracting of any services needed for the event, but will not be responsible for acquiring sponsorship of the event.
Event Coordination. Famous will, in coordination with the Events Director and pursuant to an event order completed in writing, completely set-up any spaces booked for an event at the Club with tables, chairs, risers, podiums, other audio visual equipment and any power service required beyond normal capacities.
Event Coordination. The Parties will work with one another in good faith to coordinate the Event Producer’s planning of each Event. (a) The Parties will confer with each other as reasonably necessary to discuss any issues that may hinder the effectiveness of the Event or prohibit the Event Producer from holding it. If the Event Producer decides to cancel an Event, the Event Producer will advise the DDA within 90 days of the Event cancellation. (b) Event Producer will provide Event information and advertising according to the Event Advertising Schedule in Exhibit B.
Event Coordination. On or after the Effective Date, the Parties will meet at least quarterly to discuss parking needs and special events that may have an impact on parking demands for the shared parking facilities, and in an effort to minimize scheduling of overlapping events that may exceed available parking capacity. However, District shall have first right to use the School Parking Lot at all times that the High School is in session, or when District is conducting any event or activity on the School Property.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.
