Facility Closure Days. A. Work performed by an employee on his/her regular shift schedule on his/her observed facility closure day shall not be considered as overtime and will not be recorded on the overtime distribution record.

Facility Closure Days. A. MSA will be closed nine (9) days, except for essential employees. The nine (9) facility closure days (FCDs) are: • New Year’s Day • Washington’s Birthday* • Memorial Day* • July 4th • Labor Day* • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving • December 24th • Christmas Day *These days will be observed on the day specified by Federal Law. The FCDs shall be observed on the days on which they fall, except that when any of these FCDs fall on the first scheduled day of rest of an employee, it shall be observed by that employee on his last preceding regularly scheduled workday which is not an observed FCDs. If the facility closure day falls on the second scheduled day of rest of an employee, it shall be observed by that employee on his next succeeding regularly scheduled workday, which is not an observed facility closure day. To receive pay, employees must charge to their TOWP account. Employees, who would have received shift differential, if they had worked, will have that amount added. When two (2) FCDs fall within a period of four (4) consecutive calendar days and also coincide with an employee’s days of rest, the above procedure shall be administered as follows:

  • Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure.

  • School Closure The School shall make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the public, which may include notice to the Department of Education, of any circumstance requiring the closure of the School, including, but not limited to, a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, storm, tsunami, flood, or other weather-related event, other extraordinary emergency, or destruction of or damage to the School facility;

  • Contract Closure Contracting Officer shall give appropriate written notice to Purchaser when Purchaser has complied with the terms of this contract. Purchaser shall be paid refunds due from Timber Sale Account un- der B4.24 and excess cooperative deposits under B4.218.

  • School Closures If school must be canceled, the school year shall be extended and vacations and in-service days and holidays not required by Statute may be utilized to meet State and District curriculum requirements. The district will consult with the President of the Association (s) before revising the calendar as required. Such time will be made up without additional pay. Any student school days waived by OSPI due to emergency school closure shall also be work days waived for certificated staff. There shall be no loss of pay in such an instance.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Final Completion Date Final Completion for the Work as defined in Article 6.1.3 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by September 30, 2022.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD 15.1.1 The Project shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). The Project shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to demand and collect Annuity Payments in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
