FTE position. The guaranteed support for less than a 1.0 FTE position will be proportionately reduced based on the employee’s FTE status.
FTE position. (B) Each applicant for a job-share position must submit an application along with a proposal for how the duties of the position will be shared. An application may be submitted by two current district employees for a position in the district, or by two external applicants or one internal and one external applicant for a vacancy.
FTE position. In the case of displacement, the job share team may choose to displace the least senior teacher in the building (if available) or go to into the displaced pool as a 1.0 FTE team (ranked by the seniority of the least senior of the job share team) or have someone in the building volunteer to be displaced and then the job share team could possibly take the position. (See the process for placing displaced teachers, under Section 7.3 A.3 for details about volunteers).
FTE position. If they are interested and accept the position, then they will become a 1.0 FTE employee. However, effective for the commencement of the following school year, that new 1.0 FTE position will be posted and filled pursuant to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Prior to the position being posted, the incumbent shall be declared surplus pursuant to the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
FTE position. 21.06 The Board shall make the appropriate deductions from the employee’s pay and submit to OMERS the necessary employee and employer pension contributions as required.
FTE position. The Director will provide leadership for the AgSci program including monitoring compliance with state requirements, curriculum development and other duties as required. Included in this assignment are all regular duties required of Agricultural Science teachers including working with the FFA and supervision of students’ SAE work as well as assigned duties for monitoring AgSci facilities.
FTE position. This Letter of Understanding will be implemented for the staffing exercise for the 2012-2013 school year. This Letter of Understanding shall be in full and final settlement of issues or matters arising with respect to any prior staffing actions with part-time employees during the term of the 2008-2012 Collective Agreement.
FTE position. Effective the pay period beginning April 15, 2012, the .75 FTE dispatcher position will be paid straight time for all hours worked, with no equalization. Overtime compensation for the .75 FTE position will be paid for all hours over 84 per pay period. This is equivalent to the equalized overtime hour threshold for full-time dispatchers.
FTE position. In the event the job share is terminated by the Union or Port, for any reason, Dragnich (as the senior employee with more seniority) will have the first opportunity to assume the shared FTE position. Xxxxx (as the junior employee with less seniority) may assume the shared FTE position or another bargaining unit FTE position, if either is available, but will not have the right to bump an employee with less seniority out of their FTE position. The employee who remains in the shared FTE position will resume a full-time schedule no later than thirty (30) calendar days after vacancy. However, upon the discretion of management, either employee may assume a part-time, temporary position. Prior to entering into this MOA, Dragnich and Xxxxx were given the opportunity to assume an open FTE position, and both declined. If either Dragnich or Xxxxx is separated from her Police/Fire Communication Specialist position, this job share MOA shall terminate at that time.
FTE position. 5. The Association and the Hospital agree that the additional hours of work created by these positions will be applied to the part time hours of the unit.
