FTE position. The guaranteed support for less than a 1.0 FTE position will be proportionately reduced based on the employee’s FTE status.

In the case of displacement, the job share team may choose to displace the least senior teacher in the building (if available) or go to into the displaced pool as a 1.0 FTE team (ranked by the seniority of the least senior of the job share team) or have someone in the building volunteer to be displaced and then the job share team could possibly take the position. C. A job-share position must be approved by the District before it can be implemented.
D. Job-share employees will be covered under the terms of this agreement. They will be granted experience credit, based on FTE contract employment, on the regular salary schedule. For the purpose of salary and benefits (including leaves), they will be treated as part-time employees.
E. Continuing contract employees who want to job-share must apply for a leave of absence for the job share position of his/her position. At the end of the job-share assignment, the employees shall be placed in the positions last held or in a comparable position.
F. It is expected that job-share partners will substitute for one another when feasible. This will be handled by compensating the employee who does the substituting with a substitutes pay or with compensatory time off covered by the other job-share partner at another time at the discretion of the teachers involved.
FTE position. The Director will provide leadership for the AgSci program including monitoring compliance with state requirements, curriculum development and other duties as required. Included in this assignment are all regular duties required of Agricultural Science teachers including working with the FFA and supervision of students' SAE work as well as assigned duties for monitoring AgSci facilities.

OTs, PTs, and SLPs may elect to receive an equivalent amount of pay for release time or additional para time. Which option that is selected shall be at the discretion of the individual employee When assigning caseloads, due consideration will be given to itinerant special education staff who serve more than one (1) school.
FTE position. Effective the pay period beginning April 15, 2012, the .75 FTE dispatcher position will be paid straight time for all hours worked, with no equalization. Overtime compensation for the .75 FTE position will be paid for all hours over 84 per pay period. This is equivalent to the equalized overtime hour threshold for full-time dispatchers.
