FTO. An employee who works an entire four (4) week, twenty (20) working day cycle as a FTO, without any time off, will receive eight (8) hours of time off with pay, which must be used during the next pay period. The eight (8) hours of time off will be scheduled by the Sheriff or his designee.

FTO. I understand that I will accrue no further Flexible Time Off from and after the Termination Date. I will be paid for any earned but unused Flexible Time Off benefits, less all required and authorized deductions, with my next paycheck.
FTO. Any member who serves in the capacity of a Field Training Officer (training a probationary member) shall receive two hours of compensatory time for each eight (8) hours of training, but no more than ten (10) hours of compensatory time per the member's work week.

Traffic motor officers that are official FTO’s for full-time regularly employed probationary officers, providing a traffic/DRE overview, will receive one (1) hour of straight time pay for every 10 hours of training provided unless they are serving as a primary FTO. Officers reassigned from specialized units to Patrol Division for temporary assignment as FTOs will receive the same compensation as outlined in the above reference to traffic motor officers. When a trainee is transitioned from one FTO to another FTO and the FTOs conduct a transitional meeting by phone, each FTO will receive a minimum of one (1) hour at the rate of one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay. The value of conducting transitional meetings by phone shall be considered on an individual basis. If the FTOs meet in person for the transitional meeting, each FTO will be eligible for call back.

FTO. Compensation. Police officers required to serve in the capacity of a Field Training Officer (F.T.O.) shall be compensated with an additional one and one half (1.5) hours of overtime pay, along with their regular pay, for every eight (8) hours worked in one work day in an F.T.O. capacity. Police Officers assigned to ten (10) hour shifts and required to serve in the capacity of F.T.O. shall be compensated with an additional 1.8 hours of overtime pay, along with their regular pay, for every ten (10) hours worked in one day in an F.T.O. capacity.
FTO. Any employee who is assigned Field-Training-Officer duty shall receive three (3) hours compensatory time, or regular pay per shift worked as an F.T.O.

FTO. FTO," when immediately preceded by "HP," means the HP Flexible --- Time Off Policy. When immediately preceded by "Agilent," "FTO" means the Agilent flexible time off policy to be established by Agilent pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 10.6 that corresponds to the HP FTO Policy.

Furthermore, the Liability attributable to any Agilent Employee or HP Employee who transfers employment between HP and Agilent prior to the Distribution Date shall be assumed by the employer subsequent to the transfer.
