Future Reviews. As anticipated by the Collective Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to conduct a further review in January 2007 under Letter of Understanding #1 – Adjustments to Appendix “A”. It is agreed that if the Employer and the Union cannot agree on adjustments by January 31, 2007, this process shall be referred to a final offer selection process. In order to expedite the final offer selection process the Employer and the Union agree to establish set dates in the later part of February, 2007 such that a decision can be implemented by April 1, 2007. The selection of the arbitrator, along with the February, 2007 dates shall be finalized prior to September 1, 2006. RENEWED THIS 26th DAY OF August_, 2014. Future Reviews. 1. Subject to Article 502(4), the Parties shall, within 12 months after the date of entry into force of this Agreement, undertake a review to: (a) assess whether this Chapter has met its objectives; (b) assess and adjust threshold levels, as necessary; (c) revise this Chapter to accommodate changing principles under this Agreement; and (d) review the opportunities for progress related to public procurement not covered by or excluded from this Chapter. 2. The Parties shall conduct subsequent reviews in March of each fiscal year and shall present their findings and recommendations to the Committee for inclusion in its annual report on the Agreement. 3. The Parties shall, no later than January 1, 1995, establish a working group on electronic tendering to: (a) review the operation of electronic tendering systems in relation to the provisions of this Chapter; (b) develop common approaches for improving: (i) the cost effectiveness and efficiency for suppliers; (ii) the accessibility of information to governments and suppliers; and (iii) the quality of information and service to suppliers; (c) design ways to maximize the use of a common system or to ensure that the electronic tendering systems used by the Parties are fully compatible and accessible; and (d) develop a process for selecting the supplier or suppliers of a common electronic tendering system. 4. The Parties shall review the opportunity to harmonize or reconcile the bid protest procedures provided in Articles 513 and 514 and make appropriate recommendations to the Committee no later than three years after the date of entry into force of this Agreement. 5. The Parties shall, before the date of entry into force of this Agreement, review and finalize the list of excluded services set out in Annex 502.1B.
Future Reviews. The agreements set forth in this MOU and the relationships established herein and in the accompanying Bylaws will be reviewed by the national conference a minimum of every five years to determine whether any changes are desired. Both parties to this Agreement shall create a window of opportunity to request modification or expansion of the contents herein as circumstances warrant.

  • Literature Review A-E shall conduct a literature review to determine which species have been identified as special status by state, federal, and local resources agencies and organizations, and have a potential to occur on the project site or in the immediate vicinity. Sources to be reviewed include: (1) special status species lists from the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and California Native Plant Society (CNPS); (2) database searches of the California Natural Diversity Database (CNDDB) and the Electronic Inventory of the CNPS; (3) the most recent Federal Register listing package and critical habitat determination for each federally Endangered or Threatened species potentially occurring on the project site; (4) the CDFG Annual Report on the status of California’s listed Threatened and Endangered plants and animals; and (5) other biological studies conducted in the vicinity of the project site.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company.   • Reviews (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the Funder or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the Funder or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to: inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement. (b) The cost of any Review will be borne by the HSP if the Review: (1) was made necessary because the HSP did not comply with a requirement under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement; or (2) indicates that the HSP has not fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, including its obligations under Applicable Law and Applicable Policy. (c) To assist in respect of the rights set out in (a) above, the HSP shall disclose any information requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives and shall do so in a form requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives. (d) The HSP may not commence a proceeding for damages or otherwise against any person with respect to any act done or omitted to be done, any conclusion reached or report submitted that is done in good faith in respect of a Review.

  • Annual Reviews Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.

  • BUSINESS REVIEWS Supplier must perform a minimum of one business review with Sourcewell per contract year. The business review will cover sales to Participating Entities, pricing and contract terms, administrative fees, sales data reports, performance issues, supply issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings

  • Annual Budgets The School shall adopt a budget for each fiscal year, prior to the beginning of the fiscal year. The budget shall be in the Idaho Financial Accounting Reporting Management Systems (IFARMS) format and any other format as may be reasonably requested by the Authorizer.
