General Training Requirements. The Contractor shall implement an effective program to provide orientation training and education to a broad range of Customers/End-Users and to the CALNET Program. This training is integral to Customer awareness, satisfaction, and efficient use of contracted Services and to the State’s management of the Contract. Costs for training in the IFB shall be included in the costs provided for Services and features described throughout this IFB. G.2.6.1 Contractor Provided Training The Contractor shall provide training detailed below. G.2.6.1.1 Customer/End-User Training The Contractor shall provide Customer/End-User training for all contracted CALNET DNCS Services, SLAs, invoicing and Customer tools in one or more of the following formats: 1. In person, instructor led classroom training within 25 miles or less of Customers locations as mutually agreed upon between the Customer and the Contractor; 2. “Web-based” instructor-led training; and, 3. “Web-based” self-paced distance learning. When web-based training is used, the Contractor shall provide access to training course materials (i.e. outlines, curriculum, or exercises) through the Public Website. G.2.6.1.2 CALNET Program Staff Training The Contractor shall provide CALNET Program staff training. The method of delivery and location for the training shall be at the discretion of the CALNET CMO. The number of CALNET staff to be trained shall be no more than 30 over the life of the Contract. The CALNET program staff training shall include the following: 1. All training provided to the Customer/End-Users shall also be provided to the CALNET Program staff; 2. Introduction to the Private Oversight Website (Section G.10.2); and, 3. Initial and ad-hoc training for oversight tools, reports, and invoicing processes.

General Training Requirements a. All employees will have the training described in the ACA Standards and in this section. The Service Provider shall provide the required refresher courses or have an institution acceptable to the COTR to provide the training. Failure of any employee to complete training successfully is sufficient reason to disqualify him or her from duty. b. All new Officers and Custody staff will receive 120 hours of training during the first year of employment.

General Training Requirements. All Contractor security guards shall successfully complete and pass the training outlined below prior to assignment to a specific post. The cost for all training required herein shall be incorporated in the unit prices of this contract. Time spent on training by the Contractor’s staff, including on the job trainings, shall not be billable to the County. The Contractor shall maintain documentation of all security guard training and testing, to include documents on retraining of all security guards. Orange County Specific Training 1) Role of contract personnel as representatives of Orange County: • Customer service • Diversity 2) Types of facilities secured under the contract. 3) Role of Orange County Facilities Management, Orange County Sheriff's Office, Court Administration, and other appropriate agencies or elected officials. 4) Proper lowering and raising of the U.S. Flag, State Flag and County Flag, including Half-Staffing procedures.
General Training Requirements. Contractor personnel shall complete the mandatory training referenced in sections 1.6.45 and for any required refresher training. The Contractor shall be financially responsible for training required to support the current assigned mission. Training of contractor personnel must be directly related to the current assigned mission and shall be approved in advance by the KO or designated representative for each contractor employee. The Contractor shall obtain approval prior to expending any funds for Direct Cost training opportunities. Written justification for training must be provided. OTC Administrative Handbook utilized when approving rental cars associated with training and travel. The Contractor shall provide a monthly report listing all Contractor personnel and their training status IAW CDRL A009 (TE M).

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS.   • GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS I understand that in order to graduate from the program and to receive a certificate of completion, diploma or degree I must successfully complete the required number of scheduled clock hours as specified in the catalog and on the Enrollment Agreement, pass all written and practical examinations with a minimum score of 80%, and complete all required clinical hours and satisfy all financial obligations to the College.
