Inservice Leave. 6.5.1 A Member shall be entitled to a maximum of five (5) days of non-accumulative paid leave during each two (2) years of service with the District for the purpose of improving their job performance. Such leave may be used to attend conferences, workshops, or other activities that relate to their job performance. The use of such leave must be approved by the immediate administrator and authorized by the Superintendent/Designee.
Inservice Leave. An employee may be granted, upon request, paid leave each school year for the purpose of improving his/her performance. Such leave may be used to visit classes in other schools or to attend workshops, classes or seminars related to professional growth.
Inservice Leave. The District shall provide as it deems necessary, in-service training and workshops to all employees. Such training shall be considered part of the employees’ workday. The employer will notify employees of relevant workshop and in-service opportunities and they will be eligible to attend. For in-service opportunities outside of the District, the employer shall pay employees mileage for travel to and from the worksite and the in-service site at the federal mileage reimbursement rate.
Inservice Leave. 15.8.1 Upon request to and approval of the Superintendent, unit members may be entitled to paid leave each school year, for the purpose of attending such courses, programs, work- shops, seminars or other activities which the Superintendent xxxxx xxx enhance the professional qualifications of the unit member, and thereby accrue professional value to the Superintendent.
Inservice Leave. 15.15.1 A unit member may request paid leave for the purpose of improving his/her performance. Such leave may be used to visit classes in other schools or attend Association workshops related to his/her performance.

Such leave may be used to visit other schools, attend professional workshops and conferences, or other activities related to the performance of the teacher's duties and responsibilities.
Inservice Leave. An employee may be entitled to three days of paid leave each school year for the purpose of improving his performance. Such leave may be used to visit classes in other schools or to attend workshops related to his performance. Prior approval from immediate supervisor required.
Inservice Leave. 10.1. The District shall provide paid release time to unit members for the purpose of improving performance. Such leave may be used to visit classes in other schools, to attend conferences or workshops related to teaching performance, and to develop curriculum or other inservice projects, with the mutual consent of the principal and the unit member.
