Additionally: a. Contractor shall be responsible, at its own cost and expense, for any and all recruitment, hiring, Contractor-specific training, education and orientation for all Contractor Personnel assigned or to be assigned to perform Services or support the Requirements. b. All Contractor Personnel, in addition to any Contractor security policies and procedures, shall be required to comply with the security requirements in this Contract c. KEY PROJECT STAFF. 2.1. All Contractor Personnel providing or assigned to provide Services or otherwise in a position to obtain or have access to State Information shall execute a non-disclosure agreement in a form acceptable to the State. The timing for transfer, reassignment or replacement of Contractor Personnel will be coordinated with requirements for timing and other elements of the Services so as to maintain continuity in the performance of the Services and avoid interruption or disruption to the Services or any failures to maintain Service Levels. Contractor shall assign the following Contractor staff (“Key Project Staff”), to meet the Requirements of this Contract: Xxxxxx Xxx, FSA, MAAA; Xxxx Xxxxxx, FSA, MAAA, MS; Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, FSA, XXXX; and Xxxxx Xxxxxx, FSA, MAAA; and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, XXX, MAAA. 2.2. Contractor shall not change the project assignment of Xxxxxx Xxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx for the duration of the Contract. Contractor shall not change other members of Key Project Staff without providing the State written justification, a comprehensive transition plan and obtaining prior written approval of the State. State approvals for replacement of Key Project Staff will not be unreasonably withheld. If Contractor removes Key Project Staff for any reason without the State’s approval, Contractor agrees to replace the new Key Project Staff member if performance is unacceptable to. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the State acknowledges that Key Project Staff may become unavailable due to termination of employment for any reason, through disability or death, illness, or through leave of absence such as FMLA or National Guard duty for example. In such circumstances, Contractor shall promptly notify the State in writing of the impending or actual departure of any Key Personnel and of the qualifications of proposed replacement Key Project Staff. The State has the right to reasonably disapprove of any replacement Key Project Staff.
KEY PROJECT STAFF. The Grantee shall throughout the Project deploy the Key Project Staff in accordance with Schedule A in carrying out the Project. To prevent double benefits, the Grant must not be used in any way whatsoever to remunerate any Key Project Staff if they are receiving any forms of salary/ remuneration/ honorarium/ allowance on a full-time basis by public funds other than the Grant. The Grantee shall appoint a Project Leader to oversee the overall implementation of the Project and to be the Grantee’s main point of contact with the Government for the purpose of this Agreement. The Project Leader shall have the following responsibilities: (a) to ensure that all the provisions set out under this Agreement are complied with and that all the requirements relating to the Project as may from time to time be prescribed or made by the Government Representative in writing are met; (b) to monitor the proper use of the Grant to ensure that the Grant is expended in accordance with the Approved Budget of the Project set out in Schedule C; (c) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the Progress Reports, the Completion Report, Audited Accounts and other reports submitted to the Government Representative pursuant to this Agreement; and (d) to attend meetings on the Project as may be requested by the Government Representative from time to time. Should one or more of the Key Project Staff become unavailable for whatever reason or should the Government Representative exercise his power to require the replacement of any of the Key Project Staff under Clause 5, the Grantee shall, subject to the Government Representative’s prior approval in writing, replace such Key Project Staff as soon as practicable with candidates of no less favourable qualification / experience.

KEY PROJECT STAFF. Principal‐in‐Charge Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx, PE, GE, will serve as Principal‐in‐Charge for this contract. Xx. Xxxxxx is a li‐ censed Civil and Geotechnical Engineer in California with over 24 years of geotechnical experience. Xx. Xxxxxx graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Civil Engineering and for the past 20 years Xx. Xxxxxx has been employed at Ninyo & Xxxxx where he has personally performed various aspects of geotechnical engineering and materials testing services, from site development and planning through construction on public works projects. He has personally managed the first on‐call contracts Ninyo & Xxxxx was by several agencies and is very familiar with both the administrative and technical re‐ quirements for most city agencies. KEY PROJECT STAFF. The Borrower shall ensure that key staff are recruited and in the event of turnover they are replaced on a timely basis. Should the recruitment process be prolonged, where appropriate the Borrower shall make recourse to a suitably qualified external service provider acceptable to IFAD.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work.   • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement.   • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration).   • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes.
