Late Calls. An Occasional Teacher shall not be considered late for an assignment as a result of a late request to report for such assignment provided she or he arrives within a reasonable time of receiving such late request.

A Short Term Occasional Teacher shall not be considered late for a teaching assignment as a result of a late request to report for such assignment provided that the Short Term Occasional Teacher arrives on or before the time mutually agreed upon by the Board representative and the Short Term Occasional Teacher.
Late Calls. 11.03.01 An occasional teacher shall not be considered late for a teaching assignment as a result of a late request to report to such assignment provided that the occasional teacher arrives on or before the time mutually agreed upon by the Board representative and the occasional teacher.
11.03.02 Except where otherwise indicated by the Board representative, an occasional teacher shall report for duty at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the commencement of classes.
Late Calls. If the crew receives a call at the end of the shift after equipment has been stowed, it is understood that if equipment problems are encountered that would jeopardize the safe handling of the patient, a back-up vehicle will be sent. There will be no assignment of non-emergency calls thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of shift, within the City. Further TEMS will make all reasonable efforts not to assign a non-emergency call in the last sixty (60) minutes. The Ambulance Division and representatives of Local 416 will meet with the Central Ambulance Communications Centres to address the reduction of the frequency of end-of-shift overtime arising out of calls being assigned by other CACCs. All other emergency calls that are received up to the end of the assigned shift and may extend beyond the end-of-shift will be serviced until completion. On completion of the call the ambulance will be booked out of service and returned to station; if an ambulance crew that is booked out of service witnesses or comes across an emergency situation they will be obliged to remain on-scene and render aid until relieved by an appropriate transport unit. Prior to returning to station and being booked out-of-service the crew will response to an emergency call while on-route to the station. If it is the decision of the crew not to remain available they will be shown out-of-service and will be directed to return to the ambulance station with the exception of the above paragraph.
Late Calls. Late calls arise when a client still wants a nurse and the shift that they need has already or soon will begin. In this situation, Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. will ask the client how late they are willing to accept the nurse. If you (the staff) agree to accept the assignment and can arrive at the appointed time, you will receive a full 8hrs pay. Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. prefers that our clients do not hire our staff. However, if the situation should arise, Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. asks for a 90-day written notice from both the nurse and the client. If the client would like to have the staff work for them during the 90-days Interim period, the nurse will do so as a Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. employee. The staff could not be hired by the facility even if the staff is not working with Xxxxxx Medical Staffing, Inc. anymore until after 90 days. Employees usually will be paid one and one-half times the applicable hourly rate for all holidays listed below if applicable by the facility or organization Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. is contracted with. As agency, we do not pay overtime, staff choose to work overtime if wishes to. Please read this carefully as it is the candidate responsibility to do so. A Late Call is a dispatched call for service, or a transit police initiated activity that occurs no less than fifteen (15) minutes in advance of a deputy’s scheduled off-duty time, but which does not resolve until after the scheduled off-duty time. Overtime costs associated to Late Calls shall be absorbed by the County, and itemized in an Overtime Report prepared biweekly by the Transit Police Bureau. (See also Exhibit C, Section A) A Call Out is any incident or situation that requires the unplanned response of Transit Police personnel during their off-duty hours in order to resolve or mitigate an emergency, conduct or assist in an investigation, or otherwise respond in support of the transit system. Overtime costs associated to Call Outs shall be itemized in an Overtime Report prepared biweekly by the Transit Police Bureau, and invoiced separately to SamTrans for payment. (See also Exhibit C, Section A) Special Events are concerts, baseball games, holiday celebrations, and other pre- planned venues in which transit system resources are dedicated in support of the event, and in which additional Transit Police personnel are necessary to maintain a minimum level of security or response readiness. In collaboration with the Transit Police Bureau representative, the SamTrans Chief of Protective Services will pre-establish staffing levels for Special Events. Overtime costs associated to Special Events shall be itemized in an Overtime Report prepared biweekly by the Transit Police Bureau, and invoiced separately to SamTrans for payment. Late Calls. This is a call received by a client in excess of 30 minutes either side from the booked time. Nil SCHEDULE 2 This Schedule details the agreed Fixed Price for the Term of the agreement. For the avoidance of doubt all Prices for Residents will be agreed by both parties in writing with Xxxxx confirmed in the Package of Care. Commencement Date Means the Commencement Date 1st January 2019. Fixed Price Means the hourly rate agreed for the Term of the Contract. Term The Term of the Fixed Price agreement is from the Commencement Date to the 31st of August 2020 with an option to extend further upon agreement by both parties.

(ii) In the event Client makes a late call, Employee is allowed 60 minutes to report to an Assignment and is paid for the full shift.
(iii) If Employee fails to report to an Assignment within the allotted 60-minute reporting time, Employee will only be paid for actual hours worked.
