LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. 16.1 Liaison arrangements to ensure the effective co-ordination of operational matters shall primarily be through a weekly meeting between Hitchin Town Hall Ltd and NHDC on site. This will ordinarily be attended by the representative of Hitchin Town Hall Ltd responsible for the day to day operations of The Town Hall and the Cultural Services Manager responsible for the day to day operations of The North Hertfordshire Museum but may also be attended from time to time by other representatives as appropriate'. 16.2 The Landlord and the Tenant shall: (a) meet weekly to discuss any issues arising in relation to this Agreement or the management and operation of the Building. (b) supply to each other such information relating to their proposed events timetable and use of the Building as may reasonably be required to enable the other Party to manage its use of the Building (c) act in good faith in relation to their obligations under this Agreement and the management and operation of the Building 16.3 The Tenant shall use reasonable endeavours to comply with any request of the Landlord to attend a public meeting or a meeting at North Hertfordshire District Council where there is a reasonable expectation that the management and operation of the Building will be discussed at the meeting 16.4 In relation to any issue arising in connection with this Agreement where the Tenant is dissatisfied: (a) the Tenant shall before taking any formal steps in relation to the matter write to the Landlord setting out the issue and the reason why the Tenant is dissatisfied; (b) the Landlord shall within 20 Working Days of receiving the letter respond in writing to the Tenant with proposals for resolving the issue 16.5 The Landlord and Tenant shall work together and use reasonable endeavours to resolve any disputes that arise in relation to this Agreement or the management and operation of the Building in an informal manner. 16.6 In the event of any dispute the Landlord and the Tenant shall attempt to resolve the issue by referring it for discussion between the Parties using the following hierarchy: Hitchin Town Hall representative responsible for day to day operations Cultural Services Manager Hitchin Town Hall Director NHDC Strategic Director Hitchin Town Hall Chairman NHDC Chief Executive

LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. 16.1 The Council will project manage the Development in accordance with the diagram appearing at Annex 5 to ensure HTH Limited has appropriate input into the management of the Development. 16.2 Where any matter in this Agreement falls to be determined by the Liaison Process then: (a) if the matter relates to negotiation or renegotiation of any of the documents annexed to this Agreement, it shall be referred to the negotiating team detailed in Annex 5; (b) if the matter relates to design and construction of the Development, it shall be referred to the design and construction project team detailed in Annex 5; and
LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. 1. The establishment of liaison on matters relating to the border is fully accepted. Arrangements should be made for regulating the functions and working procedures for each level of liaison. 2. Until otherwise mutually arranged, existing liaison arrangements shall continue and liaison meetings shall be held: a) by senior officials of the Government of Papua New Guinea and of the Provincial Government of Irian Jaya when requested by either Government on reasonable notice, and at least once a year, to review and develop border co-operation;
LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. 2.1 The Council shall promptly and diligently provide to the Affordable Housing Provider contact details for its Housing (Options) Team Leader and its Housing Manager (Options) so as to facilitate efficient liaison arrangements in connection with operation of the Agreed Letting Policy and Council’s nomination rights hereunder.
LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. 3.1 The Parties will each nominate a liaison officer to be the initial contact point for the GMRB and the GDC respectively in relation to this MOU. 3.2 The role of the liaison officers will be:  to ensure the effective exchange of information between the GMRB and the GDC;  to implement any joint or co-ordinated activities agreed between the GMRB and the GDC;  to co-ordinate the supply of evidence and information between the GMRB and the GDC if one or other of them is taking any action against any person who is or purports to be a member of one of the relevant professions.

LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. 3.5.1 The FSA and FSS should arrange liaison meetings and collaborate in incident exercises as often as is necessary and in any event in line with the requirements of the MoU dealing with ‘Engagement and Liaison’ and ‘Testing’, to ensure that officials handling incidents are familiar with the relevant organisational arrangements and know who their respective counterparts are. 3.5.2 In addition to the meeting frequency as described in the MoU under ‘Engagement and Liaison’, there should be an annual review by the FSA and FSS on incident management / liaison, together with any recommendations for improvement where this is considered appropriate.

LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. An officer(s) of An Garda Síochána nominated by the Commissioner (Human Resources & People Development or any successor to this Directorate) and an officer(s) of the Authority duly nominated by the Chief Executive Officer of the CEA (Criminal Enforcement Directorate and/or Legal & Policy Directorate or any successors to these Directorates) shall be appointed as liaison officers to act as a first point of contact between the parties regarding the following: - • the implementation and operation of this Memorandum; and • the periodic review of the Memorandum. 8.2.1 The nominated liaison officers assigned by the Parties shall meet each other periodically, and no less than 4 times per annum, to discuss issues arising from the operation of this Memorandum and to xxxxxx co-operation, positive working relations, mutual trust and respect.
LIAISON ARRANGEMENTS. It is likely that regular contact will be established between the agencies. This contact is expected and encouraged to be regular and, if necessary, formalised. Liaison between the partners to this protocol will: • Provide an avenue to the appropriate channels of information. • Provide a consistent approach to communication, operations and investigations. • Encourage early contact and liaison in specific cases. • Allow for advice or guidance to be given in relation to a specific case. • Ensure that any other national or regional campaigns or investigations, which may have a bearing on the district, are considered. • Enable relevant officers to be kept informed of the progress of cases that are being investigated. • Ensure that information and intelligence being passed between the agencies is dealt with confidentially and processed in accordance with the terms of this protocol and legislation, and supports the understanding of mutual benefits. Each enforcement agency should nominate a Liaison Officer (and a deputy) to initially be the contact point regarding any matters relating to licensed premises. The role of these officers will be: • To ensure the effective exchange of information between the agencies • The consideration of the necessity for joint visits • The implementation of co-ordinated actions, as necessary and as agreed between the agencies • To co-ordinate the supply of evidence and information to another agency taking formal action • To forward complaints, evidence or information to the most appropriate agency to take action • The initial contact to discuss and liase in the event of uncertainty over lead agency roles There is a clear need for good communication and liaison. In particular, where the lead authority dealing with the premises identifies the need for a ‘case conference’, other responsible authorities will support the lead authority to gather all views in preparation for review of licence. The lead authority will be expected to co-ordinate such case conferences. Communication is also important in order to ensure that information of a mutual interest is shared effectively and (particularly where responses are required within a tight timescale) to meet statutory periods for determination of applications, so as deadlines may be met. There will be a clear understanding of when, where and how contact should be made, particularly in the case of emergencies.
