Loss of Card. 4.1 The Cardholder must safeguard the Card at all times and ensure that the PIN is known only to the Cardholder. Upon learning that the Card is lost or stolen or the PIN or Card Account number is disclosed or that any Card Transaction has been effected without the Cardholder’s knowledge or authority, the Cardholder shall report the incident to DBS immediately. The Cardholder shall at the request of DBS furnish DBS with a written confirmation and or statutory declaration regarding the loss, theft, disclosure or Card Transaction in such form as DBS may require, and a police report and any other information as DBS may require. The Cardholder must thereafter not make use of the PIN or Card Account number of the Card. If the lost or stolen Card is found or recovered, the Cardholder shall not make use of the Card but shall immediately cut it in halves.
4.2 DBS may issue a replacement Card or a new PIN upon such terms and conditions as DBS may think fit.
Loss of Card. 5.1 Upon the occurrence or suspicion of any of the following events, the Cardhold- er shall report as soon as reasonably practicable to the Bank by phone to the Report Lost / Stolen Card Hotline (000) 0000 0000 (and if the Bank so requests, thereafter confirm the same in writing to the Bank’s GPO Box No. 12129 within 24 hours or such other period as the Bank may prescribe from time to time), or report to the branch of the Bank in person:
(a) loss and/or theft of the Card;
(b) unauthorized use of the Card and/or the PIN;
(c) disclosure of the PIN to any unauthorized person; and/or
(d) suspicion of any counterfeit card bearing the same card account number as the Card Account Number of the Card or purported to be issued thereunder.
5.2 If necessary, without prejudice to the obligations under Clause 5.1, the Cardholder shall report the relevant event to the police and shall submit to the Bank documentary evidence of such police report as soon as reasonably practicable.
Loss of Card. 14.01 If the Card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder must notify the Bank's Card Centre as soon as reasonably practicable and immediately thereafter shall lodge a report to the local Police of the loss and obtain a loss report. The Cardholder shall then also promptly confirm to the Bank such loss or theft in writing together with the said loss report.
14.02 The Cardholder shall be liable to the Bank for every Transaction (which shall include an Unauthorised Transaction) effected by the Use of the Card by any third person prior to the Bank being notified of the loss or theft of the Card provided that if the Cardholder has not acted fraudulently or with gross negligence or has not otherwise failed to inform the Bank, the maximum liability of the Cardholder shall not exceed HKD500 provided that such limit shall be confined to loss specifically related to the credit card amount but not cover cash advance. Thereafter, the Cardholder shall not be liable for any further Transactions subject always to the understanding that he has acted in good faith and with reasonable care and due diligence in safeguarding the Card and the PIN and by promptly reporting its loss or theft to the Bank/local Police.
14.03 For avoidance of any doubt, the Cardholder shall be liable for all loss if it is proven that he has acted fraudulently, with gross negligence, or has failed to inform the Bank as soon as reasonably practicable in case of loss or theft, has failed to follow or comply with the safeguards and obligations set out in Clauses 4.03 and 14 if such failure has directly or indirectly caused the losses.
Loss of Card. 14.01 If the Card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder must notify the Bank's Card Centre as soon as reasonably practicable and immediately thereafter shall lodge a report to the local Police of the loss and obtain a loss report. The Cardholder shall then also promptly confirm to the Bank such loss or theft in writing together with the said loss report.
14.02 The Cardholder shall be liable to the Bank for every Transaction (which shall include an Unauthorised Transaction) effected by the Use of the Card by any third person prior to the Bank being notified of the loss or theft of the Card provided that:
(a) the Cardholder uses his Card or PIN in accordance with the security measures as required in Clauses 4.03 and 14 and has not acted fraudulently or with gross negligence or has not otherwise failed to inform the Bank, the maximum liability of the Cardholder shall not exceed HKD500 or such other amount pursuant to the applicable law, regulations or code of practice; and
(b) such limit shall be confined to loss specifically related to the credit card amount but not cover cash advance. Thereafter, the Cardholder shall not be liable for any further Transactions subject always to the understanding that he has acted in good faith and with reasonable care and due diligence in safeguarding the Card and the PIN and by promptly reporting its loss or theft to the Bank/local Police.
14.03 For avoidance of any doubt, the Cardholder shall be liable for all Unauthorized Transaction effected with the use of the PIN before the Bank actually receives the loss or theft report subject to applicable laws and regulations. Further, the Cardholder shall be liable for all loss if it is proven that he has acted fraudulently, with gross negligence, or has failed to inform the Bank as soon as reasonably practicable in case of loss or theft, has failed to follow or comply with the safeguards and obligations set out in Clauses 4.03 and 14 if such failure has directly or indirectly caused the losses.
Loss of Card. Pin Disclosure
1. Samba may issue a PIN to the Card Member for use at any ATM which will accept the Card.
2. The Card Member shall be fully liable to Samba for all Card Transactions made with the PIN whether with or without the knowledge of the Card Member.
3. The Card Member shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss or theft of the Card and shall not disclose the PIN to any party.
4. The Card Member shall be and shall remain fully liable for the payment to Samba for any debit to the Card Account arising from any Card Transactions, goods or services supplied by merchants, Cash Advances or ATM transactions effected through the use of the Card by any person whether with or without the knowledge of the Card Member and irrespective of whether they were authorised by the Card Member or not.
5. In the event that the Card is lost or stolen or that the PIN is disclosed to any other party, the Card Member shall immediately, thereafter, report the said loss, theft or disclosure, together with the particulars of the Card, to Samba and the police of the country where such loss or theft or disclosure occurred.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Card Member is liable for all charges and transactions on or through the Card prior to notification to Samba for lost/stolen status of the Card.
7. Samba may at its absolute discretion issue a Replacement Card for any lost or stolen Card or new PIN on these Terms and Conditions or such other terms and conditions as Samba may deem fit.
Loss of Card. 5.1 If the Card is lost or stolen or otherwise ceases to be in the possession of the Cardmaster or the Card User, the Cardmaster shall immediately notify Business Fuel Cards by the fastest available means of communication giving all available information as to the circumstances of such loss or theft, shall confirm all such information to Business Fuel Cards in writing as soon as practicable and shall take all reasonable steps that Business Fuel Cards may require to assist Business Fuel Cards to recover the Card.
5.2 The Cardmaster shall be liable for all Charges arising prior to receipt of such initial notification by Business Fuel Cards in accordance with clause 5.1 (Notice Date) but shall have no liability Charges arising after the Notice Date (unless the Charges relate to transactions arising before the Notice Date).
Loss of Card. 5.1 The Cardholder shall immediately notify the Branch office from where he/she obtained the Card, if the Card is lost/stolen.
5.2 Any financial loss arising out of unauthorized use of the lost Card till such time the KBZ Bank records the notice of loss of the Card shall be to the Cardholder’s Account.
5.3 For issuance of replacement Card or PIN due to loss, the fee fixed by KBZ Bank from time to time shall be charged.
5.4 The Cardholder undertakes to indemnify the KBZ Bank from and against all losses, damages, cost or expenses incurred / to be incurred by the KBZ Bank arising out of Cardholder’s failure to observe any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Loss of Card. If your card is lost or stolen, you must call and cancel your activation immediately. You are responsible for any or all people using your card. Any deviation will be a reason to cancel. All new key cards will be charged $10.
Loss of Card. You agree to immediately notify us at the phone number(s) provided per the thencurrent Rates and Fees Table, if your credit card or any Convenience Checks are lost or stolen.
Loss of Card. In case of loss of Card, the Cardholder shall immediately report it to Home Credit via the Customer Service Hotline, Mobile Application, or any other digital or electronic channel supported by Home Credit. The Cardholder shall be liable to Home Credit for any and all transactions, purchases, and charges made or incurred from the use of the lost or stolen Card prior to reporting of the loss of the Card. A reasonable fee may be charged for the replacement of the lost Card
