Minimum Callback Pay. All Paraeducators may be required to perform work in a call back situation. In this situation, the employee shall be expected to report back to work, be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay and shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half time their regular rate.
Minimum Callback Pay. When an employee is requested to report to work by the Superintendent or his/her designee, the employee shall be paid for at least 4 hours at the rate specified for that day. (See ARTICLE VI, Section 2., Subd. 2. and 3.)
Minimum Callback Pay. 12.01 Employees specifically requested by the employer to report to work or who, in the normal course of work, work less than three (3) consecutive hours, shall be entitled, except in unavoidable circumstances, to an allowance equal to three (3) hours of their usual hourly pay except where overtime provisions entitle them to a higher amount.
12.02 Subsection 12.01 shall not apply in cases where, because of the nature of the work or the conditions of performance of the work, the employee is required to report to work several times in a single day for less than three (3) hours each time, or when the conditions of performance are such that the work is usually fully completed within a three (3) hour period.
Minimum Callback Pay. An employee covered by this Agreement who has left his/her normal place of work for his/her residence, and who is called back to work, shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours' work at the applicable rate.
Minimum Callback Pay. Employees covered by this agreement who have completed their normal work day, and who are called back for overtime work, shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours’ work at the rate of time-and-one-half their regular rate of pay. It is the purpose and intent of this language to assure employees of at least three hours of pay for the inconvenience of having been recalled between their normal shifts, but not to pay employees separately for call-backs should they occur during the initial three-hour-minimum guarantee period.
Minimum Callback Pay. Subd.
1. The on call custodian called back to work for boiler watch on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) shall receive pay for the actual hours worked with a minimum guarantee of two (2) hours pay (maximum of eight (8) hours for the weekend) at the overtime rate established by this agreement. For boiler watch performed on holidays recognized by the agreement, the employee shall receive pay for the actual hours worked with a minimum guarantee of two (2) hours pay (maximum of four (4) hours for the holiday) at the overtime rate established by this agreement.
2. Employees called back to work for reasons other than those listed in Article IV, Section 16, Clause 1, shall receive pay for the actual hours worked with a minimum guarantee of one (1) hour pay at the overtime rate established by this agreement.
