MINIMUM OVERTIME PAY. Employees scheduled to work overtime where there is a break of two hours or more from the end of their regularly scheduled shift and the start of overtime work, shall be eligible for a minimum of two (2) hours of pay at the overtime rate. Scheduled overtime is separate and distinct from call- back overtime, which is defined in Section 6.4.1 as unexpected and unanticipated overtime. Hours worked after the minimum shall continue to be paid at the employees’ overtime rate until the start of their next regularly scheduled shift.
MINIMUM OVERTIME PAY. An employee who has completed his/her scheduled shift and who is called to work to perform specific duties shall be paid at minimum of two (2) hours pay at the applicable overtime rates. The employee shall only be required to perform the specific call in duties and shall be allowed to leave early without penalty.
MINIMUM OVERTIME PAY. When an employee is unexpectedly called in to work overtime, he shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay in accordance with Section VII, Paragraph D. This rule does not apply to an employee who may be required to remain on his assignment due to the absence or tardiness of another employee who is scheduled to relieve him. All overtime hours worked in excess of four will be paid at the overtime rate for actual hours worked.

  • Overtime Pay a) A casual employee shall be entitled to overtime pay in accordance with Article 27.05 in the following circumstances:

  • Work Period; Overtime Pay The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period, as defined by the Employer. Nurses working this twelve (12) hour shift schedule shall be paid overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours after the end of the twelve (12) hour shift or for any hours worked beyond forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period. If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.
